  UPDATE: they installed a new unit and we got AC for a week. Now it is broken again (reported around 1pm) and we were told someone would respond "shortly". End of day and haven't seen or heard from anyone. Again had to borrow units to keep the apartment cool and our usage is sky high already from the last time but they said they will "review" our electric bills. Probably looking at an over $500 electric bill after the over $400 one. The layout of the apartment does not allow the units we have available to cool every room so unfortunately some of us get to be really hot at night. We also have another ticket out for leaking bathtubs, that one is "in-progress" again nothing done and I do believe it has been over a month. It pours warm to hot water so we have to turn off the hot water heater to not have it constantly trying to heat water as we lose it. Definitely have to have pre planned showers and baths or wait after we turn it back on so we can use hot water. Original : We have been without AC for a week. This will be the 3rd time in 3 months our AC broke and despite the last time when they put a band aid on it and we told them it was unsatisfactory, nothing was done to fix the problem Here we are now needing a new unit, with no estimated time for it to be completed, a 3 bedroom apartment and they gave us 1 portable unit to use. We had to borrow more from friends just to have it somewhat cool. Now let's address the humidity that's over 80% in the apartment. Nothing is drying and we have a young child who is prone to respiratory issues with mold and mildew. We asked for compensation in the form of credit to rent maybe to help offset the last electricity bill we got which was high and possibly for the one coming up which running this many units will more than likely be high and a de-humidifier and got a response of they would review our last 3 bills. Oh the ones for a failing unit? My daughter has started showing signs of possible respiratory illness and while I understand the rain makes it hard to complete things, there has to be something that can be done.

  I’ve had a great experience with this community. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything I need. The leasing process was smooth, and the management team was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous from the beginning. They answered all my questions and made the entire process stress-free. The property is well-maintained, offers great amenities, and feels very safe and secure. It’s clear that the management genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to keep the community in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.”

  This place is not up front on the charges every month and they keep going up and up and up every month thinking you won’t notice and then try and charge for three months prior out of no where. If you want to know what your rent will be each month then don’t move here

  Great place to live! Management just has to take the parking situation seriously. People park in covered spaces without paying for them and block people who are. No one is ever towed! Some people also park with half their car blocking the white striped areas next to handicap spots. They really need to improve on enforcing these parking arrangements. Other than that. Great place
