  Three weeks. That's how long I've been in my new apartment at Avenues at Tuscan Lakes, and I absolutely love it! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with welcoming, friendly people. The office staff are amazing! Every interaction I've had with them and the maintenance team has been wonderful. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking out Avenues at Tuscan Lakes.

  Amazing experience from the very beginning, with true concierge-style service from our first property tour! Hailie has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. After moving in, we were impressed by how clean both the home and the entire community were. The amenities are outstanding, especially the beautiful resort-style pool. My wife and I are already happy residents, and we hope to enjoy living here for many years to come. Thank you to Hailie, Nolan Living, and the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience!

  I am writing this review because I had such a wonderful experience touring this property and talking to Aubrey. I decided that I will begin my search for a new apartment location long before my next lease is due for renewal. I waited too long the last time I wanted to leave my present apartment, and the Avenues was my first apartment location, and I feel in love with everything regarding this apartment complex. Aubrey was so lovely and very sweet. She took me on a tour and was very patient and kind with me and my two small dogs. I was not able to see the apartment that I would like to rent because they were all occupied. However, Aubrie was extremely professional in answering my questions and giving hope that the specific apartment I want to live in may be available because I am looking so far in advance. All the folks in the front office are very professional and friendly. The entire atmosphere of this property from the office staff, property and some of the residents that I saw along my tour seem to be very nice and down to earth. Also, I want to say that this property is very clean and quiet, which is very, very important to all residents. All I can do is pray that an apartment opens up when I am ready to move out of my present apartment. I cannot believe that I found a place that I love on my very first try. I had a list of several places to look for an apartment, and I chose this one without going to any of the apartments on my list. I am praying very hard that I will be living at the Avenues in early 2027. I wish that I could give this place 10 stars.

  My boyfriend and I just moved in on July 1st, and this is our very first apartment! We worked with Aubrie throughout the process, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to help us understand everything and find the perfect place that fits us best. We definitely recommend reaching out to her if you’re planning to move here—she truly puts so much love and care into helping you find your new home!
