  My review is specifically for our property manager, Christian. He has been so helpful! He came out over the weekend and helped me when I had a bird stuck in my dryer outtake and was panicking trying to figure out how to save it or get it out of there. He was very kind and very helpful.

  The owners of PMI Austin Metro have a level of comprehension on the various Real Estate asset types is next to none. The diligence they conduct before taking on new and familiar ventures is quite impressive. I'm happy with the results.

  Brian Koster and his team have been consistently responsive to the needs of our small condo association. He has helped get us on track and build trust with the homeowners. In addition, Brian coordinated the fence construction of 14 units. Each owner had different specifications and paid separately and without his support, I don’t believe we could have ever completed this much needed project. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to answer questions no matter how trivial.
