  I’ve been a homeowner since the early ’90s and have worked with several HOA management companies—PMI Austin Experts is by far the best. They’re responsive, thoughtful, and truly invested in the community, always focused on solutions. Highly recommend!

  I’m a resident at one of the properties they manage and have been trying to track down a standard form for almost a month. They have been extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. I pay them $400 a month so I’m not sure why I’m getting ignored. I’ll consider changing this review if they finally help.

  I worked with Anna on the insurance for a property managed by PMI and she has been outstanding. She obviously cares about getting the best for her clients and has been a pleasure to work with.

  I have lived in Austin for over 15 years and never have such an amazing management company. Any problem I had was taken care of fast, they communicated with understanding and professionalism. Taking care of their properties is a priority and you can feel it. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
