  Been here over 2 years put work orders in when I moved in and still have not been taken care of. Put one in 3 months ago about the spray hose having several pinholes in it and water spraying all over and was told they had to order parts they should have in stock and still have not been fixed The dishwasher is missing parts and doesn't work The manager has the personality of a rattlesnake very very unfriendly When I moved in I told them I get paid every 2 weeks and my rent would be late at times and was told not a problem but guess what it turned into a problem because if you don't pay on time they lock out your ability to pay I understand they have a job to do I understand that but now I am being kicked out I have told them I could pay but they said I would have to pay 2 months in full or get out I know I am not the only people here that have problems with the management here it's worth leaving to not have to deal with her anymore. I know I am at fault for not covering the rent but they are also in the wrong for the crappy maintenance here There is one family that had no sewer for 3 weeks The manager has a I am god complex Forgot the day I moved in and several times after The front doors don't have storm doors on them so when it rains water comes inside the mobile home and I ask about a storm door and I was bluntly told ya right that's not going to happen and there is a half inch gap all the way around the front door

  We have lived here for almost 2 years and zero problems and anytime we need a maintenance request they are super fast and get the job done! Erika has helped us since the day we came for a tour. 10/10 recommend. Reach out to Erika if you’re planning to move soon!

  I do not recommend this place. STAY AWAY. This place has terrible raccoon issues, nasty infested roaches! My home wasnt even ready when i moved in! I gave them a whole month and still there was stuff not done. Water stays going out

  I didn't go very far in the area. Definitely pot holes as mentioned in other comments. Needs updating and new roads.
