  I just moved here from west Texas and this place is amazing. The office and maintenance crew do a heck of a job since I’ve moved in every one has been nothing but respectful and helpful. Great people

  Pros °If your moving to kyle you couldnt ask for a better location. °Staff are friendly and professional. °I love the two bedroom I leased but all the floor plans I saw were great. 1st floor has some extreme Vaulted ceilings. ° Pest control is definitely a thing when you are in a less populated area. Have not seen anything alive past the entrances. Cons but not really °Normal issues you get with a new build. But I have yet to see an issue that wasn't adressed immediately. °They didnt have a cleaner for a little bit so the breezeways were getting bad. But thats been long resolved.

  This place has to be most stinky apartments ever. The stairways smells and looks like a dungeon. The front office is nothing to brag about. Their word of honor has no credibility. Do your self a favor and don't come here.

  When you first tried to lease an apartment they treat you very nice, but once you are in it's a different story they will ignore you. Staff is worthless, apartment breezeways are dirty, elevators are dirty, smells awful, tenants leave trash outside their doors through out the weekend. Garage is dirty they never clean there's spider webs on the walls and urine stains. I have reported but with no luck. This apartment is a non-smoking building, but it always smells like pot and cigarette smoke. So if you want to move here you will regret it.

  The young man in the office is absolutely excellent at what he does!!! I called to inquire about an apartment, and he was super personable, knowledgeable, and informative. I called twice over the past couple of weeks and both times, he gave the same superb genuine energy…..we-value-you type vybe. I have called MANY apartments in the past month (due to my lease ending at the end of this month), and THIS one was hands down the BEST interaction I’ve had. I drove to see these apartment the other day and it was so nice, neat, clean, plenty of parking available, peaceful and safe. It felt like home♥️There’s a shopping center nearby—so it’s in a perfect location! Moving is a lot to handle and this apartment complex showed from the phone interaction alone, they hire quality staff to ensure a stress free transition.
