The young man in the office is absolutely excellent at what he does!!! I called to inquire about an apartment, and he was super personable, knowledgeable, and informative. I called twice over the past couple of weeks and both times, he gave the same superb genuine energy…..we-value-you type vybe. I have called MANY apartments in the past month (due to my lease ending at the end of this month), and THIS one was hands down the BEST interaction I’ve had. I drove to see these apartment the other day and it was so nice, neat, clean, plenty of parking available, peaceful and safe. It felt like home♥️There’s a shopping center nearby—so it’s in a perfect location! Moving is a lot to handle and this apartment complex showed from the phone interaction alone, they hire quality staff to ensure a stress free transition.
This property is only about six months removed from construction completion, yet it's already showing significant signs of neglect.
There is an ongoing pest problem. I've repeatedly seen roaches in the mailroom and throughout the hallways of Building 2. Part of the problem appears to be that the main glass entry door to Building 2 has been damaged for an extended period of time, allowing bugs to enter the building more easily.
The common areas are not maintained properly. Hallways and elevators are frequently dirty and do not appear to be cleaned regularly.
Building 2 has a persistent sewage odor that is especially noticeable on the 4th floor. Residents have been reporting this issue since at least March, yet as of June, the problem still has not been resolved. Each time it is reported, the leasing office acts unaware of the issue, claims it has already been addressed, and says maintenance will be notified. Despite these assurances, the smell remains.
For a property this new, these issues are unacceptable. A newly constructed apartment community should not already be dealing with pest issues, damaged entry doors, dirty common areas, and unresolved sewage odors. I am counting down the days until my lease ends so I can move elsewhere.
If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking at other options. At the very least, avoid Building 2.

I recently moved in and it has been a great start to living here. The property is always clean and beautiful. Maintenance Anthony is quick to tend to any issues. The office staff is very welcoming and makes me feel completely comfortable. If you're looking for a place in Kyle, I highly recommend renting here!

We couldn’t have found a better apartment! We have looked at so many apartments that were very low quality and extremely expensive just for a one bedroom. And finding this, our dream apartment, for such a low price has been so incredible! It has everything- washer, dryer, beautiful big bathroom, a dream kitchen, it just couldn’t get any better! We moved in a week ago and it’s been the best week ever! Isaiah is the one that helped with the moving in process and he has been so so great and so kind and helpful! We’re very thankful for him and everyone else who helped with this process ❤️

I was a little worried moving to Kyle due to working in Austin, but have absolutely loved the transition! There is so much space around the community, and a huge shopping center right across the road. I have LOVED the views of cows, and the new manager Jess has been amazing
