  I live here now. My lease is up on October 1 of this year. My patio door has locked me out about 4/5 times. They have asked maintenance to fix it. They have tried but obviously it still hasn’t worked and I am stuck on my patio right now and they told me when I called the office. They have AI after hours and they told me to call a locksmith but they are not able to tell me if they’re going to reimburse me. This is not a very safe place anymore, ride through the parking lot and look how dark it is. I’ve been complaining, but to deaf ears. There are other things but these 2 are the worst. Oh, and electricity goes out ALL of the time and the hot water goes out often as well. Go elsewhere.

  If you’re desperate then this complex will work until you figure something out, but I do not recommend. I toured an apartment, signed for that apartment then was forced into another one (upstairs) after signing for a 1st floor. Everything that could go wrong with the apartment did, roaches, door didn’t shut all the way, more than 1/2 the plugs didn’t work. Oh and let’s now forget when I paid my rent they “didn’t get it” after confirming it multiple times with 2 different managers then they still have the audacity to say “well we’re all adults we have to pay our bills” after they “lost” my rent. I was quoted 1 amount but never actually paid that amount the year I lived there. Gate never worked, outlets didn’t work, everyone smokes weed, loud music, not a lot of parking, dumpsters constantly overflowing, etc.

  I've lived here for about a year and I love it! Jessica the Manager is really great and always answers all of my questions, and the maintenance team is also wonderful. My dishwasher stopped working but Michael fixed it the next day he's one of the nicest maintenance guys I've ever had at a complex! I really love it here and look forward to renewing in August :)

  I absolutely love living at The Mustang on the Trail! From the very beginning, Jessica and Archer have made my son and me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Jessica went above and beyond to coordinate everything so I could move in early, and I truly can’t thank her enough for that. She was kind, patient, understanding, and always willing to help, which meant the world to me during a stressful time. The interior is spacious and beautiful, and my son and I truly feel safe here. Archer has been amazing as well. He is one of the kindest, most dependable people I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful for how attentive he has been. He follows through on every request, responds quickly to maintenance needs, and genuinely cares about the residents. He even coordinated with the cleaning crew to make sure everything was ready for our move-in. Their teamwork and dedication are truly exceptional. It’s rare to find a management team that feels this compassionate, professional, and committed to making residents feel at home. I’m incredibly grateful to both Jessica and Archer for everything they’ve done for my son and me. The updated renovations are such a lovely bonus and really add to the community in a wonderful way. I’m so glad to call The Mustang on the Trail home. If you want a community where the staff truly cares, The Mustang on the Trail is the clear choice!

  The office managers are exceptional! Archer does wonderful when communicating and expressing things and the property manager Jessica does wonderful as well! She handles complaints, and gets things moving and checks on work orders and etc! There has been a HUGE difference in the property from the first Time when we first moved in to now! And I thank Jessica and archer for that! The maintenance crew does well, Antonio and Cesar do extremely well at trying to help and maintain! If you want to find a quiet and peaceful place to stay look into mustang on the trail! Me and my husband like it here, we like the property and the management team!
