  I was in the process of purchasing 408 Justin Lane, Harker Heights TX. We had to change the closing date 3 times. Due to the fact that the seller did not fix items, that we requested. Seller provided receipts that he fixed the items, but when we went to do the walk thru, which we did 3 times. The Items were not repaired so Seller lied about the repairs in fact today during our walk thru, a neighbor came up with a bathroom mirror in his hand saying he was there to repair the bathroom mirror but according to the receipt the mirror was already repaired. Also who ever is interested in purchasing this property be advised the tenants in side B have torn up the property inside holes in walls, cracked tiles, damaged stove, damaged bathroom vanity, light covers missing, cigarette butts everywhere, cigarette smoke embed in the walls and ceiling. Trash every where. Side A has two big dogs that have feces on floor inside house...Front door on side B is dirty full of stains, Both front door entrances have trash in front of property. Side B has old car with busted windshield in drive way.

  The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our agent, Anderson, went above and beyond every step of the way. My husband and I were purchasing from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. Anderson made us feel right at home from day one. We had a few offers rejected and even walked away from a house when an inspection came back much worse than expected before finding the perfect little gem for our budget. Anderson worked hard to get us the house AND a good deal with the sellers. And he was such a saint the whole way through!
