  After being referred by a dear, close friend who we deeply trust and adore ….we went with her suggestion of Richard Overall @ United Country Premier Properties. My husband and I are closing on our home today. The whole home-selling experience was great from start to finish! Richard Overall is a great Real Estate agent!!! He is very professional & took his time with us to make sure we were well informed every step of the way! He was always available & helped us stay stress-free throughout the selling process!   Andrea is AMAZING! My husband and I were so nervous about buying our first house. But, Andrea walked us through the process and not only made it less daunting, but enjoyable! Me being a full- time student and my husband being active-duty military, she accommodated our busy schedules and was more than willing to meet us outside the normal business hours to go house hunting. She also has over 20 years of real estate experience living and working in Bell County and has an invaluable knowledge of the area. Thanks to her we are the owners of a house that we absolutely love. I highly recommend her!

  I was in the process of purchasing 408 Justin Lane, Harker Heights TX. We had to change the closing date 3 times. Due to the fact that the seller did not fix items, that we requested. Seller provided receipts that he fixed the items, but when we went to do the walk thru, which we did 3 times. The Items were not repaired so Seller lied about the repairs in fact today during our walk thru, a neighbor came up with a bathroom mirror in his hand saying he was there to repair the bathroom mirror but according to the receipt the mirror was already repaired. Also who ever is interested in purchasing this property be advised the tenants in side B have torn up the property inside holes in walls, cracked tiles, damaged stove, damaged bathroom vanity, light covers missing, cigarette butts everywhere, cigarette smoke embed in the walls and ceiling. Trash every where. Side A has two big dogs that have feces on floor inside house...Front door on side B is dirty full of stains, Both front door entrances have trash in front of property. Side B has old car with busted windshield in drive way.
