  I’ve got to say that dealing with Clayton of Kerrville was a great experience from start to finish and beyond. From the time my husband and I walked into the sales office for the first time to settling into our new home, we found the entire staff and contractors at Clayton Kerrville to be friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about their product and processes. From Scott Knudsen and Jeni Ware in the sales office to Tammy Price in Warranty and David Salerno in Service, all were phenomenal to work with. In particular is Tammy who solved a seemingly dead-end warranty issue that we were having with an appliance manufacturer. After she got involved, the problem was quickly and thoroughly resolved. The home set up and building quality is beyond our expectation. We love our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clayton of Kerrville to anyone.

  Our dealings with Clayton Homes of Kerrvile and specifically Jennifer Barkley and Tammy Price have been amazing. Whenever there was in issue, Tammy went out of her way to remedy the situaion - even renting a refrigerator when one went on the blink. She has restored my faith in Customer service. Our salesperson Jennifer worked tirelessly with us to purchase multilpe homes especially when there was a delay in flood relief funding. Amazing women!!!

  I highly recommend Clayton Homes of Kerrville!! From the first time I met Jennifer Barkley I knew that I was in good hands!! I was moving out of a custom built home I was selling looking for something new yet affordable. My sister Kelly Frame took me by Clayton Homes where I found the “Vail” Model with the assistance of Jennifer. Jennifer, walked me through every step of picking out my colors to re-orienting the home to show the best views of the creek and waterfall in front of my home. I’m absolutely in love with my new place!! Jennifer Barkley was always available to meet with me and go over every detail and answer every question that I had. She assisted me in looking at the options for purchasing my home. She was also very supportive and encouraging as I was trying to sell my previous home in a market that is moving very slowly! This floor plan is the perfect plan for my lifestyle. I would do it all over again. Thank you, Jennifer, for always being my support. Chris Martens
