  Emily was great before and during my move-in! She considered me when a better apartment opened up and was able to over deliver on my needs. I've only been here for a couple of months, but so far the environment of the complex is exactly what I was looking for. Maintenance has also been perfect. They've communicated well and fixed everything very quickly. Hoping this can continue to be a great experience!

  I had a wonderful experience touring these apartments, and Emily, the leasing consultant, was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and patient throughout the entire tour. I especially appreciated how she took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable and informed, especially as someone who is still new to the Texas area. Emily made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the time and care she put into helping me explore my options. Although I haven’t officially made my final decision yet, I can confidently say that this community is at the top of my list! The location is also a huge plus for me. Thank you, Emily, for such an amazing experience! Your professionalism, patience, and kindness really stood out, and you made a great impression. 😊

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE IF YOURE PLANNING ON MOVING OUT… their peppery manage doesn’t know how to communicate.. We left to buy a house & WE TOLD / EMAILED that we weren’t renewing we verbally told them & have proof that we said 60 days prior that we weren’t renewing.. well we left & months later They send over a bill stating we were late on rent & that we have no notice & now they expect us to pay over $5K in fees because they waiting to send it… YOU SUCK for giving a bill to couple who had lived there for 5 years who was NEVER LATE! & we have proof of that! YOU SUCK! We have proof that we communicated with yall it’s not our fault yall don’t check documents 5K bill of total bullshit! So if you’re planning on not renewing your lease here I would double take everything & keep all communication documented! Because they will be asking for their asking & not stop…

  I’ve lived here since Harvey flooded our house, I’ve seen management go from good to bad, bad to good.. But one thing that remains true, is our maintenance man, ESTEBAN MARTINEZ! I’ve known this man for years, and have never met anybody more devoted and dedicated to his work. Anything me and my family have ever needed, big or small, he’s always there. He’s never failed us. You can’t even walk/drive by him without receiving a proper greeting. I shouldn’t have even mentioned anything else in this review because I don’t want it to take away from how completely outstanding he is! If you ever see this, WE ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOU, ESTEBAN!! There should be some sort of reward in your honor. Most of all, Thank you for literally everything that you do. This complex would run to ruin without you 💪🏽
