  In the past 4 years I’ve been switching apartments every lease but renewing at Seville was a no brainer. The sidewalks and complex stay clean and the residents always smile back. Shoutout to Jasmine, Raul, and Vanessa in the leasing office, they are always kind and helpful. Whenever something comes up they’re quick to get it figured out for me. The maintenance workers are the coolest guys ever, Martín always says hi to my cat and goes the extra mile. Thanks yall 🙏

  First place I actually loved coming home to! State of the art appliances, well built, rental office is so efficient and prompt. Friendly and professional. Gym, pool, mail center, office services, everything you could want in a perfect place to live!

  The staff is kind and welcoming, and the place was clean and well-maintained when I moved in. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely give it 5 stars!

  As a former resident this apartment complex is perfect place to live, it’s a family environment, well kept clean and comfortable. The office staff’s are the best and very helpful, Jasmine is simple amazing, the best person ever, she helped and pushed my application to get approved even with bad credit. Always loved even after my lease ended and I moved, whenever I returned with any questions they welcome me just the same with kindness and respect. Amazing community.

  Afternoon Everyone, Let me start by saying I APPRECIATE the staff at Seville 1000 fold. Every issue or concern or question I have is handled swiftly and promptly. Raul- makes living here very easy. It really feels like I’m in hotel living. They are very communicative and respectful, and know that sometimes people just get a little down on their luck. When I switched jobs and I needed to pay my rent late they didn’t bat an eye. Gave me the time I needed and moved on. The maintenance team is phenomenal as well. I put in a request on Monday morning and it feels like 20 minutes later there was a knock on my door. I really appreciate that effort as someone in a sensitive job that works overnight and I need to get my rest. This is hands down the best apartment I’ve had the opportunity to live in, and the staff is the direct reason for that. Raul and Jasmine are the go to, but everyone in that office is just as meaningful and second to none. Thanks Yall, Brady.
