Maintenance is always on top of requests. In the two years since I moved to this apartment, the turnaround time has been 100%.

6/8/2026 I was initially very excited about Seville at Clay Crossing. I loved the decor shown online and had visited their website multiple times, which prompted me to stop by for a walk-in visit to gather some preliminary information. Unfortunately, the actual in-person experience was incredibly disappointing. The Immediate Red Flags The Odor & Atmosphere: The moment I stepped into the building, I was hit with a very unpleasant smell—a distinct mix of mildew and hair. To make matters worse, there was a vase of dead roses just sitting right on the agent's desk, which made the entire odor and environment feel even more unsettling. I am a firm believer in first impressions, and for a residential community, this was a major red flag right out of the gate. Inflexible and Aggressive Staff Policy: I greeted the lady at the front desk, and after some brief small talk, she asked for my first and last name, followed by my phone number. Because my move date is still a few months out and I just wanted basic location information, I politely explained that I didn't want to give out my phone number to avoid getting flooded with spam calls. The Ultimatum: Instead of being accommodating, the agent told me that the only way I would be able to see an apartment, rent an apartment, or get any information regarding the property was if I surrendered my contact info. The interaction quickly became incredibly uncomfortable. I was even willing to hand over my physical ID just to have a normal conversation, but the rigidity was bizarre. Final Verdict: I ultimately decided to just walk out. Having rented for many years—including time spent in the military—I have learned the absolute necessity of doing your research and trusting your gut. If a leasing staff is this aggressive, unwelcoming, and difficult to work with before you even sign a lease, it is a massive indicator of how you will be treated once you are locked into a contract. I am incredibly disappointed because I had high hopes for this location, but I will absolutely not be returning.

I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience living here. The main gate near 99 is frequently broken, which raises concerns about security and access. Parking has also been a major issue. Residents are essentially required to pay a monthly carport fee, and there is no option to opt out once it’s included in the lease. Even if you no longer need the carport, the fee continues for the duration of the lease, which feels unfair. There is also a lack of clear communication from the front office. In my case, my vehicle was towed because I was not clearly informed that my car had to be separately registered to the carport, even after paying for it. In addition, the common areas and hallways are often not well maintained, with noticeable dirt and staining that is not regularly addressed. The gym is another major disappointment…very little, if any, of the equipment is fully functional, which is frustrating given that residents are still charged amenity fees. Overall, between the ongoing gate issues, parking challenges, maintenance concerns, and lack of working amenities, the experience has been frustrating.
