  PMI Northwest Houston is a great company to work with, they helped me during my entire rent process, sometines, the difficult part is when you have to end the lease, but in this case PMI supported and understood my situation and made the end of the lease very smooth.   Extremely poor leasing company. This company demonstrated complete negligence, mismanagement, and a total lack of accountability. From the very beginning, no one took responsibility for their assigned duties, even though they presented themselves as professional and trustworthy. Because of their inaction and poor management, the tenants they placed caused serious damage to my property, violated pet policies, and ignored lease obligations. They failed to properly vet tenants, ignoring credit history, financial responsibility, and lease compliance, which resulted in tenants committing fraud, failing to pay rent, and causing significant stress and financial loss for me. I personally had to hire legal counsel and endure over nine months of stressful legal proceedings just to regain possession of my property. This experience caused major financial strain, wasted time, and severely impacted my personal well-being. Communication throughout the entire process was consistently poor, and there was no accountability from anyone at the company for their actions—or lack thereof. Their practices regarding lease agreements, tenant screening, property management, and pet regulations are irresponsible and potentially illegal. Specifically, individuals Ash and Reham attempted to avoid responsibility, further worsening the situation. Although they may appear friendly and professional on the surface, this is misleading. Their negligence and lack of oversight created significant property damage, financial loss, and undue personal stress. Trusting this company was the worst decision I have ever made, and I strongly advise anyone to exercise extreme caution before doing business with them.
