  I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far I’ve made a lot of new friends. My home was given to me very neat. I love all the events they have for us. Kiwi from the start has been my helper from finding my home to making sure I am quite comfortable. The staff here is nice and attentive to my needs I highly recommend.

  I moved in a little over two months ago and I love it. The staff is wonderful, Danielle, Kiwi, Alvaro, and Carlos. The entire complex and residents are all amazing. Starting with the great amenities and all of the great functions that we have. It Is located too many grocery stores malls and restaurants. I love everything about this property and they have great floor plans also.

  I moved here the last of January, and it was the best thing for me and my dog. Kiwi, Dannella, and Alvarro helped me so much with the application process and finding the right one bedroom apartment for me. The Lofts has all of the things that I was looking for, an elevator, carpet in the bedroom, and fourth floor living. I love coming home from work, and I love being home on my days off. I would recommend the Lofts to anyone over 55 who just want a relaxed environment and quiet nights. My dog loves the elevator and so do I. I am so glad I found the Lofts and decided to come and tour, best decision since moving to Katy. Thank y'all so much for being so helpful and friendly to me and my dog. Tracy Brinkley

  This is the worst apartment complex in Katy! It's the management. Ive called the main number and no one at all returned my call. They ran my moms credit she has an eviction from2017 showing witch no matter what it shouldn't stop my mother from getting an apartment there. Federal law says nothing should be reported, collected, or stop a person from getting a place to live. I told them I'll have them remove it she then said no matter what my 67 year old mother can't move there. I told her this is fraud at the office they don't care their reporting fraud and she stopping our seniors from living somewhere. Fraud is fraud and not reporting it or basing a decision on that is even worst. So I'm going to report this to the federal government so they can come audit them. Right is right and these guys are wrong. Unprofessional unethical and down right rude to our seniors at least in our case. Law is law!!! We will sue national tenant network for slander as well! I will also sue the management for knowing knowing this and still denying us most likely cause we are black!!! Right is right man

  From day one, this experience has been so pleasant. Kiwi Hall and the rest of the management staff is so sweet and professional. They always take time to answer any questions and go out of their way to make sure your moving process is positive. I am looking forward to getting involved in all the activities and meeting new friends. A++ to Kiwi and this lovely complex!
