- SKSravi KJan 12, 20261.0This review is for the Inframark HOA which is really bad about the maintenance and other requests. Every couple of months admin people changes and help desk people act as they own the place, puts their own rules. The amenities they have on this community is peanuts for the HOA fees collected.

Buying our first home from them never felt such a seamless and delightful process. Our builder, Matt, was especially professional and helpful. He has a wonderful team of vendors that helped support him expeditiously with any issues we had with our house prior to closing.

But If you have to choose a loan process runnnnnnn from Pulte Mortgage and RRRRUUNNNN from Jocelyn Palencia, it has a loan processor worse experience. She waits until the last 1 minute to ask for documentation for loan processing. She makes the experience very uncomfortable and stressful. Underwriting also waits until the last minute and asks crazy questions that I have never been asked.
