  I had a wonderful move-in experience at Grand Villas. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the landscaping is lovely, and the location, school zone, and neighborhood are all great. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was helpful throughout the process. I especially want to recognize Delmy. She was kind, attentive, and involved. She kept me updated and helped me with all the necessary documents. I truly appreciate everything she did to make my move easier. Thank you, Delmy!

  I have been living here for a couple of months now, and we have some beautiful, smart, capable, caring, helpful, responsive boss babes (Delmy, Ruby, & the manager) in charge of this community. They are patient, responsive to questions and needs, and completely on top of emergency situations, things that need to be taken care of, or matters that they can do something about. Additionally, we have some capable, respectable, hardworking, easygoing, skillful, & accommodating men in charge of the maintenance department. Great people who keep their words and make things happen no matter how difficult or challenging things can be. Finding an apartment can be very stressful and confusing, but here they walk you through the process and patiently answer questions already asked even after you have signed the lease. It may be helpful to note that newer communities utilizing all sorts of software applications and adhering to strict apartment application/move-in policies. It just seems that there is nothing they can do when the software is not working for you or if you need the move-in date before you can set up all utilities. However, here at Grand Villa, they are more flexible and accommodating with your application & move-in process when the need arises. Here, you have real problem-solvers taking care of you.

  Delmy was always helpful and polite, and returned my calls even when I didn't leave a message! Thank you for the excellent work during the leasing process. The Grand Villas have been everything I needed so far.

  I want to give a big shout out to the entire maintenance staff and office team! Everyone has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. The maintenance team is responsive, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile, while the office staff is welcoming and attentive.

  This neighborhood is SO loud. Cars and trucks with extremely loud engines with NO mufflers constantly drive through the complex, often back and forth in the middle of the night, especially around Building 14. This noise is completely unacceptable for an apartment community and makes it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. People are extremely inconsiderate and very noisy around here and we most likely will not be renewing our lease due to this. Management seriously needs to address this issue and enforce the rules regarding excessive vehicle noise, especially since it is listed in the lease to keep noise to a minimum. If you’re considering moving here, be warned.
