  I have lived here for awhile. Staff in office always very courteous and professional. They have helped me above and beyond with issues. Always helpful. They make you feel comfortable in the community. Any type of problems, questions, etc. They never hesitate to help you. Very grateful office staff

  The apartment management company, Nolan Living, will be the reason I do not renew my lease. Nolan Living has made the choice to force residents to pay a $60/month bulk internet fee, regardless of whether or not a resident already pays for their own internet service. Nolan Living wants to force me to subsidize an internet service for other residents through unavoidable lease fees. I will not be renewing my lease due to this singular factor. Being charged an additional $720/year for internet service I do not subscribe to, simply so other people have the option to purchase it, is ridiculous. Do better Nolan Living.

  Terrible management and customer service. I received an unfair electricity bill of $75.19 for a period when I was completely out of the country and only spent 8 days at home with the AC off. When I tried to get help, Assistant Manager Vicky was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. She literally accused me of lying by asking 'how do we know you traveled?', completely ignoring the fact that I had notified the office prior to my trip. Instead of helping residents find solutions, they treat you with disrespect and force you to pay blindly. Very disappointing experience. "Update: Following my initial review, management reached out and apologized for the unprofessional behavior from a staff member. They promised to try and resolve the billing issue within their available options. I truly appreciate their effort and willingness to help rather than just leaving me stuck. Thank you for stepping in and making things right."

  After a stressful search for a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment that truly met our standards, we visited this community and had a wonderful experience. We were greeted by Adaf in the leasing office, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming throughout the process. Although we ultimately decided to remain at our current apartment community, Adaf left a lasting impression and was an outstanding representative of the property. From the moment we arrived, the community appeared clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Even though we didn't end up leasing here, the excellent customer service and positive first impression made this a community I would gladly recommend to others searching for a new home.
