  Charlie has helped us buy and sell in the Katy area. Most recently, he worked with us sell our home during a work relocation. We had to move before the sale was finalized, and Charlie stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. He coordinated repairs, met with contractors, and made sure the transaction went smoothly. We never felt out of the loop as he kept us updated throughout and gave us peace of mind during an already hectic time.
