  Charlie worked with us to get our house in shape to sell, to the point where the house essentially sold itself. We went from "for sale" to closing in five weeks.

  I would not recommend him as a realtor to sell your home. We were interested in purchasing one of his listings as unrepresented buyers and specifically did not want a buyer’s agent. He refused to show us the property unless we agreed to have him represent us as buyers as well. As a seller, I would find this concerning because it potentially prevents interested, unrepresented buyers from viewing your property simply because the agent would not also receive the buyer-side commission. In our case, he may have lost a legitimate buyer for his seller because of that requirement. As a buyer, the experience left me questioning whether the priority was getting the best outcome for the seller or securing additional compensation for himself.

  Charlie was on it from start to finish. He knows the market and equally accommodates the interests of both sides of the transaction. Very reaponsive amd professional. Highly recommend.
