  Management his horrible specially the little girl in front I think her name was Brittany Brianna or something I went on a tour and she was very unhappy about doing her job I do not recommend staying here also after talking to people who stay there they say the apartments have bad ant issue the walls are cheaply painted , and they the front office will harass you for any noise you make I mean come on its apartment not house you gotta expect noise and stuff specially when staying on the bottom floor but management is very rude and will take the side of the person who cried wolf I mean come on people are gone make noise maybe if yall didn't make the walls so thin when you drop a pen it makes noise

  We just rented an apartment here for my son and his fiance. It's their first apartment and everyone has been so nice and helpful fir the entire experience. Mary in the front office has handled everything and even came in on her day off to meet us with the keys. I couldnt be happier with the entire experience and the apartment itself is so cute and affordable.

  I stayed at these apartments for a short period and unfortunately the experience did not match the listing at all. At first glance, the building looks decent, but once you settle in, the issues become hard to ignore. The sound insulation is almost nonexistent—you can clearly hear footsteps, conversations, and even TVs from neighboring units at all hours, which makes it difficult to rest. Maintenance was another major problem. Small issues like leaking faucets and flickering lights were reported, but took far too long to be addressed, if at all. The hallway lighting also felt inconsistent and gave the place a neglected feel at night. One of the more frustrating aspects was the general sense of neglect in shared spaces. Elevators were often dirty or slow, and trash collection areas sometimes overflowed, which affected the overall smell and cleanliness of the building. While the apartment itself had a decent layout, the combination of noise, slow maintenance response, and poorly kept common areas made the stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend living here based on my experience.
