    Lived here for 2 1/2 years and haven’t had anything fixed in the apartment, kept putting in maintenance requests and nobody ever fixed anything. The new management is very rude, she laughed in my fiancés face when he went and asked about the new policy they implemented about the balconies. Closed the pool a couple weeks ago bc they didn’t fix it before summer when they should have.

    I think this is my first review I’ve ever made… But i have mold in my shower and I have damaged on my ceiling that was from a leak that they caused. I’ve called and asked them about my ceiling for 2 years now. ALSO my refrigerator just freezes my food and I’ve also called about that as well no FIX. I’ve called and sometimes they show up but they don’t do anything….. I’m very disappointed. I’m a professional cleaner and I’ve tried to get the mold out myself but it’s under the caulking so they need to fix it. I’m going to just going to call every day.

    Mold issues and they refuse to take care of it or move tenants out to a different unit to fix it. Refusing to do a mold test which is insane!!!!!! Also clean the pool! Update, it is confirmed to be black mold!

    Dear management, I have been waiting for over a month to have my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors inspected. I have called 5 different times as well as left voicemails reporting this and asking about this situation. They randomly go off at all hours of the night while we are sleeping (I have cameras inside my apartment for proof) and no one has yet to come out. I was told to take the batteries out (which is illegal if you do not immediately replace them) and I told the girl you literally can not take the batteries out. She said she's never heard of them being like that yet here we are. I didn't know it was my job to replace and fix things around the apartment and thought it was included in rent. I've already had to replace my master bathtub faucet along with the shower head to which I have the receipts for and was never reimbursed because no one would come out and fix it as promised. So I, a female did it myself. I have also submitted maintenance requests for mold growing inside my livingroom and guest bathroom that happened after my apartment flooded a year ago from uninsulated spinkler pipes that had froze and busted through my wall. That request was sent in several months ago and still to this day it has been ignored. I would also like to mention that the mold request was sent in originally 3 months after they finished my apartment which was a written request due to the website being under construction. I have children and one happens to have asthma and has been getting sick so often his pediatrician has requested an allergy and mold testing for him. I know for a fact it is mold and since this has been going on for so long there's no telling what the insides of my walls look like. I'd also like to mention they refused to do any work on the guest bathroom even though it was right next to the bedroom where the pipe busted. Now there's mold. I have continued to reach out about all of these matters and no one will respond to me or fix the issue. However have zero issue emailing me as well as putting a notice on my door about my rent going up.

    Raise in rent is due to HUD updating income limits? Someone making $2,000.00 a month is supposed to pay $1,800.00 a month? And you're blaming HUD housing? Saying they made this decision May 1, 2026 but didn't inform anyone until today May 15, 2026. I'll be calling and reporting to HUD Monday morning. I don't believe HUD would agree with what the new owners are doing to long time residents. Major water leaks and entire buildings shifting and management saying there's nothing they can do even though it's splitting walls inside multiple apartments. This place has become a dump that they continue to raise rent on. You need work done or emergency maintenance? Forget about it cause they won't come and then they'll mark the request as completed online. Bonner Carrington ran this place with grace and kept up with their tentants making sure problems were solved. Since Dominium Inc took over they've allowed nasty people to live here, felons, drugs, and not that long ago a man held a woman and her children hostage inside his apartment (he was indeed a 2 or 3 time convicted felon). The task force showed up to remove him. No one in the office would respond nor explain what was happening to the residents around the apartment. So many kids saw this happen, saw authorities have a building held at gun point, and they ignored everyone who deserved an explanation. This place is being ran straight into the ground and it's a shame because 3 1/2 years ago this place was enjoyable to live in.
