  Tour was great. The leasing person I believe her name was Gabby was very knowledgeable. If we were staying in Irving I would've decided to move here. I really love the Avalon.

  I have been living in this apartment from past 1.5 years and every time whenever maintenance request is raised they took sometimes over a week just to respond u just keep on calling them and if they feel it it's an urgent request only then they will respond.....now recently I put a request that there is no water supply in wash basin in bathroom since I only have 1b1b it is very difficult for me use washroom n wash hands either in. Kitchen or bathtub but for them it is not a emergency or urgent request. I have place this request on Friday morning before day opening but till today it is not been resolved and some for the others issues like my door nob for bathroom is broken and towel hanging rod is broken too but same no response....utter mismanagement and irresponsible behavior.

  I had a great experience with Gabby, the Leasing Representative at Winsted Apartments. She did an excellent job coordinating the pool party and made sure everything was well organized and enjoyable for all the residents. Gabby was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Her communication and attention to detail made the event a success. Thank you, Gabby, for your hard work and dedication to creating a wonderful community experience!

  I have been a resident at Winsted at Valley Ranch since 2016, but the way management handles resident issues and basic safety concerns has completely deteriorated. Recently, I had two expensive watches marked as delivered to my mailbox while I was out of town. When I returned, the package was missing. I went directly to USPS with the tracking numbers, and they informed me that the mailboxes at our complex had been vandalized. When I went to the front office to address this, Alyssa told me that the complex had already filed a police report and that I would need to file my own. I contacted the Irving Police Department, and an officer spoke directly with Alyssa to get more information. It was only after speaking with the officer that the truth came out: No police report had actually been filed by the office, despite her claiming otherwise. Alyssa then changed her story, stating they only report to USPS, while admitting that mailbox vandalism has happened here before. Furthermore, when I pointed out the security cameras located right by the mailboxes, Alyssa informed the officer that the cameras are non-functional decor and have never worked. The officer confirmed that management should have filed a formal vandalism report and, because they failed to do so, there was very little the police could officially investigate. What is most unacceptable is the blatant dishonesty and brush-off. Alyssa showed zero concern for a resident's stolen property until speaking with the police officer. Sadly, this lack of accountability is becoming standard here especially now that front office calls are routed to an off-site answering service, making it almost impossible to reach actual on-site staff. After living here for nearly a decade, I am deeply disappointed by the complete lack of integrity, transparency, and care for resident safety. I would like to speak with corporate regarding this matter in hopes of someone contacting me immediately.

  I had a great experience with Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and Gabby has been professional and welcoming throughout the process of looking for an apartment for my mother. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and always quick to answer my questions and address any concerns. Her friendly attitude and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and would recommend Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.
