  My wife moved into her apartment in July and it was listed as move in ready. When she arrived it smelled of cigarette smoke and weed, and the air vents had black mold. The leasing office was very understanding of our concerns and were quick to help. The apartment does still smell like smoke, but overall they've been very helpful.

  Our whole move in process was extremely easy , from the moment we toured the property to Ms. Ingrid answering all our questions and showing us the different options that were available and all the amenities we loved the place and all it has to offer .THANKS SO MUCH INGRID !   Roaches! Don’t move here! Despite the many requests I’ve made providing pictures of the roaches in my unit, they’ve done nothing to to properly treat/bomb the apartment. I’ve told them on many occasions my stuff is still packed in boxes, because I moved June 17th and I don’t keep open food here. They sent pest control control 3 times since I moved, and sent one person to check for roaches but because they weren’t visible (again, my things are packed and no food in the apartment) they refused to treat the apartment. They pushed back for that reason in which I replied that I too didn’t see roaches when I walked the apartment. We all know they come out when you e unpacked and when there’s food in the apartment. They are outside, inside, on my clothes, in my bed, shower, closets, everywhere!!! so it’s more of a building infestation not singular instances. I’ve sent multiple emails that have gone unresponsive. The one time I heard back from the assistant manager was to decline properly treating the apartment despite the many photos I’ve sent. At this point I’m trying to break the lease but they won’t work with that so my next step is finding a lawyer: The property is dirty, walls are extremely thin, and it seems they are ok with the apartment getting low ratings. Notice how they don’t comment or reach out to anyone when a concerning 1 star review is published. I was planning on leaving the review when I moved out but wanted to warn people before they lease here. Also, valet trash comes about once/twice a week.
