  Soy residente de este condominio hace ya 6 años y desde que está Compañia compro está propiedad debido a sus cambios y la mala atencion de su personal de oficina y menciono esto porque hoy en la tarde hice una llamada de tantas que hecho para preguntar porque la piscina que está al lado de mi apartamento se mantiene cerrada y lo que respondio no me parece bien ya que todos pagamos todos esos cerbicios y solo por el poco tiempo que hay de verano no la podemos disfrutar me parece injusto y se que hay muchos residentes molestos con esto solo quisiera que alguien superior tomara una decision al respecto ya que los de la oficina son incapases de resolver dicho problema .

  Unfortunately due to recent circumstances I was forced to file a police report against my neighbor for repeatedly littering outside of the apartment doorway. Initially I informed a leasing agent in the office and was reassured that they would make sure to enforce disciplinary action. The following day it was blatantly obvious that she refused to do her job because my neighbor continued to litter in the walkway. When I went to follow up with my complaint she was extremely unprofessional and decided to use a condescending tone despite not being provoked or wrongfully treated. This is unacceptable behavior hence why I felt the need to write a negative review. She told me I needed to text photo evidence of the situation which I immediately did however that was clearly just a tactic to get me to leave the office. Next time make sure to act your wage and know your place.

  I mean dang it's already hard enough apartment shopping I can't even get them to respond I messaged them I've called more than once no answer like what are people supposed to do it's soooooo annoying
