  My rent was $1,349, but I regularly paid approximately $250 in additional monthly fees. Trash service was included among those charges, yet sometimes my trash was not collected and no explanation was provided. At the same time, I received fines simply because I forgot to tie the trash bag inside the trash can before placing the can outside for pickup. They also shut off the water very frequently. Because there was no water for me to shower, I had to miss medical appointments and could not take care of my normal errands. However, they still charge you for water as if you were paying the water bill for an entire house. You also have to register every vehicle with the apartment complex. I changed the license plates on my truck and sent the updated information to the office, but unfortunately, the employee I sent it to no longer worked there. Nobody else saw my message or contacted me to explain what I needed to do next, so my truck was towed. The tow truck driver took pictures before removing it, and those pictures showed the new tires I had recently purchased. However, when I picked up my truck from the impound lot, one of those new tires had been replaced with an old tire. I showed management the pictures and even provided the receipt proving that I had recently purchased four new tires, but they did absolutely nothing to help me. Please be careful. Another thing to be aware of is that when you move out, even if you maintained the apartment and left it in good condition, they may charge you more than $1,000, as they did to me. The worst part is that they did not email or call me to let me know that I owed anything after moving out. About a month later, they hired another company to collect the balance. I do not know whether this affects a person’s rental history or credit, but I believe it is very unprofessional not to notify a former resident directly first. I also do not believe that I should have to pay for The Brand Apartments to prepare and repair the apartment for the next tenant. In my opinion, the apartment complex should use its own money to prepare a unit for a new resident, instead of charging the former tenant for ordinary repairs and turnover expenses. Anyway, that was my experience living at The Brand Apartments

  Shannon from maintenance did a great job. He was professional and informative. He was also very kind. I’ve even run into him afterwards and he is always respectful. He’s great!

  I just want to say that I have had Shannon the maintenance guy come in & have helped me with several issues and has met every last concern and fixed everything so well and fast! He has great excellent customer service 🙂

  There could be 100 open parking spots but they still will have a dozen tow trucks scouring the place hunting for cars out of place. Theres no signage, just crappy spray paint on the ground. This is obviously the kind of place that wants to nickel and dime you to profit as much as possible. Despicable owners.
