Worst experience the prices they advertise are a joke what they don't tell you is that they hit you with about 300 to 400 dollars in extra fees that are ridiculous when I went for a tour and after waiting for 20 minutes the rude manager decided to finally ask me questions when I told her what I was looking she decided not to give me a tour she acted like she didn't like her job so much. I would never and with all the comments on here I believe ever one of them especially from the experience I had as a potential resident.

ROACH INFESTED, DO NOT MOVE HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They added unnecessary fees even after moving, handed over the apartment in spotless condition, and still got charged for damages. Showed VISUAL proof to the office, and conveniently, no one can find my check in document with the reported damages upon moving. The gate never works, and people's cars and Amazon packages are STOLEN all the time.

I moved in 04-04-2026 for the first 4 weeks I didn’t have a washer or dryer and my ac didn’t work for the first 3 days. In May my A/C went out 3 times. I have made it clear to staffing that extreme heat can cause a life or death medical emergency and it was swept under the rug. Now in June I went up to the office. Was I the nicest? No because I am in the middle of a medical crisis. How they have treated me since moving here has been absurd. All I’m asking is to respect my diagnosis.

Would be a zero star if possible. NEVER post a review using your actual account btw, they’ll look you up and find a way to slap you with some nonsense. The water is ALWAYS turned off for one reason or another. Massive pest and mold problems, we had to do our own professional pest control. Mold in the air vents and around the dishwasher space and tub. It is NOT a gated community- we were there years and the gates work for maybe a week before they’re broke again. Pools are always closed or so overpopulated/trashed from parties that they aren’t usable. Plenty of threats to do something and no action from management. Trash is always overflowing. Packages ALWAYS get stolen here. Unless it’s getting handed to you, it’ll be gone within 10 minutes and management could not care less. They have a lot of hidden fees and if they decide to fine you for something, good luck contesting it. I guarantee you that you’ll have a better experience at any of the rougher looking complexes that are nearby. Do NOT move here.

I am writing this review to warn potential residents—especially anyone with physical disabilities or mobility challenges—about the severe lack of response from corporate ownership at The Brandt. I moved into this complex in November 2025. Upon moving in, I immediately submitted a maintenance request regarding a broken stairway railing leading to my apartment. This is not a minor cosmetic issue; it is a critical safety feature. I am an individual with a documented physical disability that severely impacts my mobility and balance. I require a stable handrail to safely navigate steps and access my home. To be completely fair, the on-site assistant manager has tried to help and has been actively trying to get this matter resolved on her level. The breakdown is entirely at the corporate level. Today, more than six months after my initial request, I was told yet again that the repair cannot move forward because it is still strictly "awaiting corporate approval." Leaving a broken railing unfixed for over half a year is a direct violation of basic building safety codes, the Texas Property Code, and federal housing laws under the Fair Housing Act (FHA). It creates an immediate physical hazard for myself, my guests, and delivery drivers. It is completely unacceptable for a corporate office to ignore a safety hazard and a formal request for a disability accommodation for this long. I have official medical documentation, and I will be escalating this directly to HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development), the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division, and Irving Code Enforcement. If you value physical safety, or corporate accountability, when things need fixing then do the research. Furthermore, you do not get the amenities you pay for. The business center is consistently unavailable. Before signing my lease, I explicitly asked if the clubhouse was available and was told yes. Once I moved in, I asked the leasing agent that was working with me and she changed her story, stating it is unavailable for all tenants due to past resident issues. Punishing the entire community for past issues is completely unfair. To top it off, the Property Manager was incredibly nasty during our very first conversation upon my move-in. It is unacceptable to prioritize corporate profit while ignoring physical hazards and locking amenities. I wish I would have done more research
