  We had a great experience at La Villita! Both ladies in the office were great. Olivia helped answer all our questions and was very friendly. Was really impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommend!

  We just recently moved here and Kaitlyn has been amazing from the first time we toured with her to the day of move in. Kaitlyn went above and beyond in make sure we truly loved our home and communicated with us every step of the way! Highly recommend stopping by and touring!!

  I've been living here for about two years now and the community is always so well kept! Kaitlyn and Olivia are great! They were both such a great help with us transferring to a bigger home they honestly made it so easy for us!

  I don't recommend this community even for 0.1% I have been living in Cortland for more than 4 years until recently the management got changed which is Serene at La Villita. Not only the name got changed, the quality of living also changed that we encounter different issues now. Problem #1: Incapable PolicyValidator If you're going to have your own renters insurance than the one the community provides (Asset Protect) you're going to face nightmare as the PolicyValidator website they refer isn't even capable of handling multiple policies at the same time in case of internal apartment transfer within the same community which eventually comes up as rejected. And enjoy the hefty fees they levy on you for that. If you want to avoid these hurdles, we should go with the renters insurance they provide. Problem #2: Shared Garages Their system isn't capable of identifying which garage has been assigned to which person. Hooray, the same garage key was given to more than 1 family and they both use the same garage even though they pay for it separately. If you want to avoid this headache of others parking inside your garage, don't ever take your car out of the garage if you want it to yourself. Else, you will have to park your car outside even if you pay for a garage. If there's anything late on your end, management will levy fees on you. But if there's a mistake on their end, you're out of luck. Will update here if I encounter any similar funny problems in future. Only recommendation/solution: Find a better place to live and avoid added stress.

  We left this apartment perfect and we still ended up owing $256 for acid tub wash and stove top resurface and for tiny holes in the wall for mounting 2 tvs. RIDICULOUS and I just got a bill in the mail today for a $55 light bill when I know in fact my light bill company was paid in full before I left.
