  My fiance and I have been living here 5 months and we’re so happy with our decision. * 2 min walk to the lake where we watch the sunsets after work. * Fitness center is very well maintained and clean. * Never have to worry about finding parking, plenty of space in front of our unit. * Most importantly as a girl, I’ve never felt unsafe. I go on walks at night, come home late, and leave things in my car. * Office staff will always happily answer my calls and questions. Never want to leave!

  This community charges 38$ for Trash. they are adding billing fees, stormwater and Ancillary billing fee separately but in the document all three are mentioned is 6$. Billing fee amount changes every month.

  A very unhappy tenant here and am looking forward to vacating as soon as my lease ends. I was charged $73 for what they called a gap in renters insurance on April 3 even though I had already submitted proof on March 4 that my insurance remained active. No lapse. Considering this was the first time I submitted the document a few days late, I would have expected some consideration and a waiver of the fee. On top of that, there is little peace and quiet because I constantly hear the upstairs neighbors. I also found the previous staff to be much friendlier. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for better options. Updated @management, i did come to your office to discuss the charge but you would not consider a waiver.

  I was a bit iffy about the transition between management teams at first, but Kaitlyn quickly reassured me and made me feel confident everything would go smoothly. She great throughout the entire renewal process.Thanks to her my renewal was really easy and I truly appreciate her help and would gladly recommend working with her!
