  Apartment's pool music is way too loud and leaves it on throughout the night during the week. Incredibly difficult to sleep through. Have no idea why more people haven’t complained about this. This is the apartments own music that is synced outside.

  Moving into a brand-new unit that had never been lived in before naturally meant we had quite a few initial requests to get everything set up. Abraham has been incredibly attentive to our needs and always makes sure every single request is taken care of quickly and correctly. Peregrine Apartments is a great place to live, and his excellent service is a huge reason why!

  Peregrine is a wonderful place to live! The team made everything easy, from the application process to move-in day. They were incredibly helpful and patient, even when I had lots of questions. Since moving in, they have continued to be friendly, responsive, and supportive. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

  I’ve been living here since February 2026, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The apartments are still relatively new, as the property is only about two years old. The amenities are excellent and feel comparable to those of a five-star hotel. The apartment itself is well built, and I haven’t experienced any maintenance issues. My only complaint is the sound insulation. Unfortunately, I can easily hear my upstairs neighbors when they walk, especially if they have heavy footsteps. At night, I can even hear them snoring. Better noise insulation would make a significant difference. The management team has been outstanding. Chris, the property manager, has been especially helpful and professional. Although the rest of the leasing staff has changed over time and the property was recently purchased by a new management company, the level of service has remained excellent. The reason I’m giving this property four stars instead of five is not because of the property itself, but because of some residents who don’t respect the community or the people around them. For example, the trash room is often left in terrible condition, with unsealed trash bags leaking and boxes scattered everywhere. Management has sent multiple emails asking residents to dispose of their trash properly, but the problem continues. There have also been instances of dirt and even vomit being left in the parking garage. In addition, some residents ignore the pool rules by staying past the 10:00 p.m. closing time and making excessive noise, which disturbs nearby apartments. My biggest concern is that if this behavior continues, the overall quality of the community will decline. It would be disappointing for residents who value a clean, peaceful environment and are paying for a high-quality living experience. I hope this improves in the future. I would also like to see the leasing office enforce the community rules more consistently—not just through fines, but with lease violations or other meaningful consequences for repeat offenders.
