  I just toured with Cristen and she was so helpful in answering all my questions and the space looked very clean and nice! Very inviting and homey. The floor plans were spacious and the model units really helped me see how my furniture would fit. The rest of the staff I encountered were very friendly as well. I am definitely looking forward to living there and have heard great things from a couple of friends I have that have lived there for about a year. Highly recommend!!!

  I’ve been living at Peregrine for a few months now, and it’s one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. I looked at a lot of places before choosing it, and Peregrine stood out for the quality of the building. The modern finishes and beautifully maintained common areas make it feel like a place I’m excited to come home to. The amenities are excellent, especially the two-story gym, coworking spaces, and sky lounge. They’re spaces I genuinely enjoy having as part of my day-to-day life, and the team puts effort into making the community feel welcoming. My apartment has been super quiet even though it overlooks the road, which makes it easy to relax at the end of the day. What really sets Peregrine apart, though, is the people who run it. Tasha and Chris made my move-in experience wonderful and have been attentive and responsive throughout my stay. When I had an issue with the dryer in my unit during move-in, it was replaced immediately. That kind of follow-through means a lot. A few months in, I’m still very happy I chose Peregrine. I’d highly recommend it.

  Do not move here if you’re looking for a bit of silence/privacy especially during “quiet hours”. These apartments are built so poorly that you can hear everything. Upon doing my tour, everything seemed good. After moving in, I noticed a tapping/creaking noise coming from my walls. Every single time someone turns on any sort of water, my walls will tap and creak for 15-30 minutes at a time. Neighbors do not care about respecting others around them. My upstairs neighbor sounds like an elephant and I can hear. Every. Footstep. Neighbor below me loves to blast music/tv to the point where I can hear it. Both past 11pm on a weekday by the way. I feel like i’m going crazy in this apartment. Oh and don’t expect the leasing office to give any sort of care in the world, even if they reply to this review like they do (or at least the automated reply will act like it.) Yes I live here. No you will not see my name on your “system.”

  I’ve lived here for over a year, and while the location and parking used to be manageable, several issues have significantly impacted my experience. The move-in process was chaotic: after signing my lease, the management forgot to complete it on their end, so on move-in day I wouldn't be able to collect my keys because I was unable to access the payment portal. I had to make an unexpected trip to the bank for a cashier’s check. Although they offered a discount for the inconvenience, it was still a frustrating start. The trash rooms and chute are disappointingly small and often neglected, with carpets in the hallways rarely cleaned. Despite multiple complaints, smoking inside the building persists, which is concerning. Recently, more reserved parking spots were added, reducing available resident parking and creating inconvenience, especially for residents getting home late. Additionally, the garage gate was broken for several months, though it has since been repaired. Maintenance communication is frustratingly difficult. It can take two business days to receive a response to any email sent, and it took weeks to submit service requests after calling several times. The call center staff are often uninformed and though offered to submit requests on my behalf, were unsuccessful. I was also not informed when key amenities like the trash chute were out of order for extended periods. Unfortunately, I have also encountered roaches after a neighboring unit turned over and frequent WiFi disruptions, including multiple failed attempts to register my account. Additionally, a utility service provider change led to unexpectedly doubled trash and sewer fees without clear explanation. While the management did offer a lease concession, the ongoing issues, combined with occasional door ding damage to my car in the lot, have left me regretting my decision to renew. The building has potential but requires more consistent upkeep, better communication, and respect for residents’ concerns to truly feel like home.

  *Response to owner’s response: correct. The name listed is not the name of the resident, intended to avoid retaliation as I am still a resident for now, and God forbid my car get towed or more packages go missing! Unfortunately the lease contract is predatory and would have to spend a ridiculous amount to leave. As I stated, complaints tend to be ignored, and my intention is transparency for other potential residents. I have lived here for a year now. I moved in when this apartment first opened and it was great. The management was phenomenal, very responsive and the building was new and beautiful. Now it’s over crowded and poorly run. The original owners sold to a new company and everything has gone downhill. The trash chute is too small for anything and they won’t make them bigger. The appliances are all poor quality. You cannot run your oven and stovetop at the same time without tripping the breakers, and then still cannot use the two. The washing machine leaves clothes soaking wet and the dryer doesn’t dry. The maintenance team is amazing but they’re limited in what they can do. I’ve had water damage through my ceiling TWICE now in one year. The garage is also a nightmare. It is two small for two way traffic and everyone speeds and you get into a near head on collision every day. They use to have plenty of parking but now there’s no space to park and their solution is to just start charging people obscene amounts for “prime” spots and towing everyone the second they do the parking portal pass thing wrong. You can also hear every single one of your neighbors through your walls. Not just a little, A LOT. I’ve emailed the front desk twice about this complaint with no response. The leasing office staff is rude but they used to be so nice back before they were bought out. Oh and don’t even get me started on the package room nightmare. Packages missing regularly and no organization at all. Just get a freaking attendant during business hours and more Luxor lockers for after hours. Also the entry to everything is via Bluetooth and my door has locked me out twice already. There is no physical key solution so if the tech decides to stop working then you’re just out of luck. I had to break into my own apartment. And the rent here is so insanely crazy high for not even being in a major city and for all of these issues I deal with.
