  If you want to be charged $425+ after your car gets towed 30 mins away then this is the place for you! Guest parking is a nightmare and I am paying a hefty amount of rent to live so far outside of the city just have my friends never want to come over. I see tow trucks always patrolling the lots looking like they are waiting for visitor parking to expire. They towed my friends car less than 30 mins after registration expired. Cant have the same friend over more than 3 times in 7 days or they have to pay a fee to park is crazy. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I’ve lived in the DFW or with friends I’ve visited. Parking garage/ guest spots aren’t even close to capacity so I’m not sure who the super strict enforcement benefits bc it’s certainly not residents. You don’t have a key! I wish someone told me before I moved in that the only way to open my door would be with my cell phone. No option at all for a key fob. Your mail will be stolen bc even though they force you to pay for lockers they didn’t actually install enough lockers to handle the building’s capacity. Trash rooms are vile! I feel like if they at least got recycling bins in there it wouldn’t be so nasty. I feel like encouraging anything, even cardboard, being left on the ground is a recipe for pest. They clean the lobby every day where potential residents touring can see, and yet trash rooms are nasty! I can also hear my neighbor snoring through the walls at night so that’s great. They are charging a decent price to live here, things look pretty on the outside but feel so cheap on the inside. I don’t mind the price but everything just seems like a trap for more money and management doing everything as cheap as possible.

  Great community, clean, and beautiful. Jenn is super helpful. All the amenities are great. Looking for a community that allows smoking.

  Peregrine is an amazing place to live. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and peaceful, and the staff is always professional and responsive. The amenities feel truly luxury, and the overall experience has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for upscale living in Irving.

  Listen… I came in today to tour the property, not defend my dissertation about the website. The first thing I’m hit with is, “Did you look at the website?” Ma’am… yes. I did. Several times actually. Unless I somehow missed the secret tab where y’all uploaded the actual apartments instead of 47 photos of the gym, office coffee machine, and a couch in the common area… what exactly was I supposed to learn from it? Red Flag #1: Why does it feel like I’m being quizzed before I even see the unit? I promise I came prepared. I even know the property has 30+ available units, which puts occupancy somewhere around 90%. Not terrible… but attitudes like this probably explain why it’s not higher. Then we were told to “have a seat” while she gathered her things, which apparently included finishing an extremely important conversation about puppies and whatever else for the next 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, the people actually there to spend money and potentially lease an apartment were just sitting there wondering if we accidentally became part of the office furniture. So yes, maybe you didn’t think the interaction was rude or unprofessional. But from the customer side? It absolutely was. So we walked out. Do better.
