- PSPablo SanchezApr 27, 20261.0⚠️ Attention Prospective Renters ⚠️ My family and I have lived at Parkwood for several years, and our experience has been incredibly disappointing. During that time, there have been repeated vehicle break-ins, thefts, and ongoing security issues, yet management appears to do little to nothing to address them. Just last night, 04/26/2026, at least two vehicles had all four tires stolen and were left sitting on concrete blocks. This is not an isolated incident. Crimes like this continue to happen far too often, and residents are left dealing with the consequences while management offers excuses instead of solutions. At the very least, they could invest in security patrols, install additional cameras, or take visible steps to protect the people who live here. Instead, it feels like saving money is a higher priority than tenant safety and peace of mind. No one should have to worry about whether their car will still be intact the next morning. If you are considering moving here, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. My family and I certainly will be when our lease ends, even if it means a longer commute. Peace of mind is worth it.
