  Absolutely the worst apartment experience. Maintenance never fixes anything on time, yet management has no problem hitting you with excessively high charges. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  It’s been 1 month me and my friend had been shifted nothing is good, leasing office everytime shifts the work that needs to be done, maintenance doesn’t do their work properly which is headached, had to visit 4,5,6 time for same problems, maintenance neglects their work I don’t like the apartment

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re getting into before moving to Newport Apartments. One of the biggest problems we’ve had is with rent payments. The apartment payment system would not let my mom’s card go through, even though we have a history of paying on time. Instead of helping us resolve the issue or removing the late fees caused by THEIR system, management refused to work with us and still charged us extra fees. The apartment conditions have also been disappointing since day one. When we first moved in, the unit looked dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom floor was peeling up, and overall it did not feel move-in ready at all. Another major issue is the cockroach problem. We constantly see roaches around the apartment, which has been frustrating and unsanitary. I also noticed there are a lot of random 5-star reviews with little to no description, which honestly makes the reviews feel misleading. I would encourage people to pay attention to the detailed reviews from actual residents and not just the ratings. Communication and customer service have not been helpful either. We expected better treatment as tenants who consistently try to pay rent on time. I would strongly recommend touring carefully and asking a lot of questions before signing a lease here.
