A special shoutout to Daisy, she was extremely helpful throughout the move-in process and with all my questions and work orders. Since moving in, the leasing office has been responsive, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, the communication and support from both the office and maintenance teams have made living here comfortable and hassle-free.

I would especially like to thank the property manager, Beatriz, along with Ishar and Daisy in the leasing office, who are always incredibly kind, professional, and helpful whenever we interact. They genuinely care about their residents, which I truly appreciate. I also want to thank the hard-working maintenance staff, specifically Ruben Gonzalez, who answers all maintenance requests punctually and with a smile on his face. Thank you for everything, MLV!
- SSSJJun 18, 20261.0Horrible experience with the management and their package storage system Parcel pending... Our package was put in the locker (#24) but a different locker(#9) code was given to us by mistake, the management says they can't open a locker and ParcelPending says they can't do anything from their side and needs onsite admin (which is the management team of Mission@ lavillita)to open the locker... so we have been left in limbo and have been given a run around by both management of Mission @ Lavillita and Parcel pending to retrieve the package....
