  I’m very happy with the new manager. I’d had an issue that wasn’t getting resolved before she took over. She was so nice when I stopped in to complain about it. It had been 8 months of frustration and she took care of it right away. Great customer service. Thank you.

  I dont usually do reviews unless needed but this place is HORRIBLE since I came in. PLEASE READ SO YOUR FULLY WARNED!! Roach at my door when I came. There's been bugs in and out pest control does nothing. So we had to do it ourself. My place wasnt even done when i moved in the bath tube wasnt finished and toilets needed to be fixed and Painting still in bathroom. Dont get me started on the kitchen. Maintenanceias is crap even when you say call first they just walk right in anyways. Towing is bs they switched that up a few times so youll get towed and they dont inform you. Pool is nasty its like swimming in a sewer. 🤢 mail ALWAYS keeps getting broken in to. This one guy said hes been here for 5 years and they've been hit on and off and he finally leaving hes had enough of them AND the staff. I was here LESS then a month and got my mail stolen. When I said something they said idk call usps. 😒I still havnt had my mail I have to go to usps and its been almost a year since being here. I cant WAIT to leave. The staff is rude has an attitude for no reason and never picks up. They didnt at first because they want you to sign then after they rude dont care. everything in here is SMALL toilets are mini just for kids basically showers are horrible either too hot or too cold. DONT LEASE HERE. You better off homeless. Not sure how this places has a 4 star rating.

  Super kudos to Miranda for the help! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire tour process feel smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail really stood out and I truly appreciate the time she took to answer all my questions helping my anxiousness about a new home. It was so nice to be treated with such compassion
