- SSSumitraSep 22, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the way the management staff at this apartment community communicates with residents. In my experience, some employees have been extremely unprofessional and do not know how to speak respectfully with the people who live here. Instead of properly explaining concerns or trying to resolve issues, I have repeatedly felt threatened with lease violations, additional charges, and other penalties. As a resident with a family and children, this type of communication creates unnecessary stress and makes us feel uncomfortable in our own home. I have also experienced repeated increases and additional charges that have been frustrating and difficult to understand. When residents have questions or concerns, management should clearly explain the situation and treat people with basic respect rather than immediately threatening penalties. An apartment management company is responsible for serving a large community, and its employees should be trained in professional communication, resident relations, and proper handling of complaints. Based on my experience, significant improvement is needed. I am documenting these issues and will be looking into the appropriate apartment association, property-management company, and other channels available for filing a formal complaint. I hope upper management takes these concerns seriously and improves how residents are treated.
