  Soy residente desde el año 2020,he vivido en 2 apartamentos diferentes en la misma propiedad,siempre han solucionado los problemas de mantenimiento de manera inmediata,todos y cada uno de sus trabajadores son amables y eficientes,nunca he tenido problemas con un remolque de vehículos a mi ni a ningunas de mis visitas a menos que haya sido por mi negligencia… No son los apartamentos más nuevos ,pero si el personal más adecuado y capaz en el que he vivido…. Y los vecinos excelentes …

  I stayed at Foxborough Apartments for almost 18 months, and my experience after moving out has been very disappointing. It has been over 30 days since I moved out, and I still have not received any update or email regarding my security deposit refund. I have emailed them 4 times, and every time I get the same repeated response with no actual solution. What’s even worse is that they charged me an extremely high utility bill for just the last 10 days of my lease, which makes no sense. I asked multiple times for a detailed breakdown of the charges and deductions. Be very careful if you plan to rent here. Be prepared to lose a big portion of your security deposit. I paid one month’s rent as a deposit and ended up losing most of it because of unexplained over charges. Lack of transparency and poor communication after moveout made this a frustrating experience.
