This office has no sense of urgency, rep took her sweet time, waited 30 mins before I could view an apt (mind you NO ONE else was waiting for assistance) Just to see it for a moment & immediately pass on it. The apt I viewed was available immediately YET was nasty inside, tub had rust and orange covering the whole inside to the outside of tub. Apt stunk like sulfur. Door handle was coming off, I asked when they would have someone clean the apt and fix things, she said after the apt is lease. WHY WOULD YOU WAIT UNTIL AFTER??? The apt was a "immediately available apt", why would you let potential tenants see this nasty apt then clean and fix it after they lease it. If they accept it & signed the lease to move in immediately, they couldn't because it was dirty and not fixed up. Hire better people & before you post apt's as immediate move in, FIX it & CLEAN it first. Pure laziness.

If you want to lose your security deposit, this is the place. If you want to wait 3 months for maintenance repairs, this is also the place. The trash valet service is unreliable. They don't come on the days they say they will, but they still charge you the full amount. If they don't pick up your trash, they tell you that you have to bring it back inside your apartment. They have no problem charging you on time every month, but when you submit a maintenance request, you'll be waiting for months. When you move out, they also add extra charges, even after keeping your security deposit. Be sure to carefully review your final statement because the move-out fees can be much higher than expected. At one point, there was mold under my kitchen sink, and it took them 3 months to fix it. There are much better apartment communities in the area. I would not recommend living here.

I am a current resident and these people are nothing but a joke when it comes to maintenance. Obviously, management of Delante lacks man power to handle maintenance issues. My apartment gets so hot even with the air conditioning set to 67-70°f. Placed work order almost a week ago and no one came to check. I personally went to talk to the current manager and she promised to send someone to get it checked; but no one showed up. I went back again today and all she could say was “l told you I’d send someone to check and if you can’t wait, I have nothing else to tell you”. This woman Shannon is very rude and unprofessional. Texas code states:  Texas Property Code § 92.052 – Requires a landlord to make a diligent effort to repair conditions that materially affect the physical health or safety of an ordinary tenant after proper notice is given. A broken A/C can qualify, especially during Texas summer heat Still these people have not come to check and it is currently 82 degrees in my unit. I would not recommend anyone move here except you have no choice. Things would have been different only if Dannielle was still the manager or David was still here.

I rarely leave reviews, but people should know what they may be getting into with Richdale Management. After moving out, I was hit with charges that I repeatedly asked them to explain. Many of the fees appeared to come from companies affiliated with Richdale, yet no one could provide a clear breakdown or justify why I owed them. Instead of answering my questions, I was given the runaround. I spent countless hours reviewing my lease, gathering evidence, and preparing a 70-page dispute packet with emails, photos, receipts, lease excerpts, and other exhibits. I addressed each disputed charge individually and requested that they review the documentation before taking further action. They didn't. Instead, they sent the account to collections. I also provided documentation establishing that my dog was an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), yet pet-related charges still appeared on my account. The most disappointing part is that I did everything a resident is supposed to do. I documented everything, communicated in writing, preserved my records, and submitted detailed evidence. Rather than receiving a meaningful response, I was left with collections and a company that seemed far more interested in pursuing payment than addressing legitimate disputes. I would think twice before renting from a Richdale-managed property.
