  If you're touring the apartments dont get fooled by the model or amenities. First, there's more cars in the garage than there are spaces. You come home to literally nowhere to park except the private spots that are $70 a month. Trash is constantly overflowing and people set it out in the hall. The halls are never cleaned and smell of trash and attract bugs. The apartments are old and everything needs repaired quick. The showers are pre-filled with mold. The garage doors and elevator are always breaking down. The website to pay rent often has issues. Just pick a different place. A lot of the places in las colinas are old, overpriced and neglected. Also submitting a work order. Good luck having them fix it in a timely manner. The door scanners literally serve no purpose as they basically have never worked

  I was not able to book a tour online because the website was not working. I showed up and Tniyah was able to show me a few of the apartments I was interested in. She is very professional and I can tell she really cares about the customers and what they are looking for. I was able to apply for the apartment the same day and move in within 3 days. The whole process was super smooth and fast. I am very thankful for people like Tniyah !

  I couldn’t be happier with how things have gone since moving here. Ashley on the leasing team has helped make every part of the transition super easy given my situation. The apartment itself has ample space, the complex is clean, and the location is great for anyone who wants to spend time outside with Lake Carolyn right here

  Highly recommend! I scheduled a tour, and Ashley was amazing! She walked me through everything and was so attentive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire tour. She made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming, and she was happy to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable she was. Thank you, Ashley, for making my first visit such a great experience! 💕

  I had to relocate because of my job so decided to go look at apartments. Ashley Salas was very welcoming and professional. She answered all my questions about the place and area. I really liked the tour, the location is great and the rooms overall looked stunning.
