  I had a great experience viewing the apartment with Joseph Gietzen. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with patience and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment

  I've been dealing with a roach infestation in my apartment since the day I moved in — almost a month now — and I'm completely exhausted by it. I haven't been able to settle in at all. I wake up to roaches, I go to sleep with roaches. I've complained to management multiple times but nothing meaningful has been done. The problem has now spread to my bedroom, and in the kitchen they're on the countertops and inside the drawers, so I can't even cook. Management is really poor and does not take requests seriously. If you really want to feel like home this is not the place!

  This has been my first ever apartment-living experience and while I have not resided here for long, i can say that the experience has been really great so far. Every apartment is going to have its' pros and cons, but i can say that one of the things that matters most in any complex you live in is the access and communication of the staff. I had put in a maintenance order on my first day here for something small, and it was attended to within 24 hours which was awesome and our leasing consultant, Ashley, has been so sweet and friendly and has checked in with us every step of the way. She made finding our perfect apartment for me and my roommates so easy and seamless and was knowledgeable about the contracts and paperwork process and answered all my questions with ease. I know if there is anything I ever need, i feel comfortable reaching out for assistance. This is the perfect complex for folks just starting out who want an affordable and safe area to live in!
