I've had a great experiencie with both leasing agents, Ashley and Brianna. They do everyday a great job guiding and letting you know any detail about your lease. I'm really grateful and the building is a wonderful place to call it home

I was genuinely excited to live at this property when we first moved in, and initially had a positive impression. Unfortunately, that changed significantly due to a situation with a neighboring resident that created an unsafe and extremely stressful environment.
The concern was not taken seriously by the leasing office. We were told that because the individual had not “physically” done anything to us, there was little they could do, even though his behavior directly put my dogs at risk and made us feel unsafe in our own home. As a result, we felt we had no choice but to request a transfer.
The process that followed was incredibly difficult. Communication from the leasing office was inconsistent and often confusing. We received conflicting information multiple times, particularly regarding charges, deposits, and how the transfer would be handled. It became very challenging to get clear answers, and responses were often delayed.
Interactions with management added to the frustration. During one attempt to clarify concerns over the phone, I was spoken over and then hung up on. Throughout this process, the communication felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism and empathy you would expect when dealing with a situation involving safety and well-being.
There were also operational concerns. Maintenance requests, including an issue with our backyard flooding, were marked as completed without any work actually being done.
This entire experience had a significant impact on my mental health and ability to function day-to-day, which is not something I take lightly when sharing.
To be fair, after escalating the situation to corporate, a resolution was offered. However, the experience leading up to that point was extremely stressful and could have been handled much differently at the property level.
If you are considering living here, I would strongly recommend getting all agreements in writing and ensuring clear communication upfront, especially if any issues arise.
I’ve been living here for about three years now, and it’s been great to see how the property has improved over time. When I first moved in, it was already a solid place to live, but management has really put in consistent effort to make it even better.
One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is how much cleaner and more well-kept everything feels. The grounds are taken care of much more regularly now, and it shows. It makes a difference coming home to a place that feels maintained and looked after.
Maintenance has also become more responsive, and communication has improved, which makes day-to-day living a lot smoother. It’s clear that management is paying attention and working to create a better environment for residents.
Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’m happy to call this place home after three years.
