  The management is nice and always busy getting it done. I love all the amenities and the rent is perfect.

  It’s been a year since we moved out of here. Only giving one star because I have to. You really get what you pay for here. We had to move quickly, and get into a home was very quick and easy. The only plus to this place. Our unit was filled with roaches, our AC unit always froze and in the middle of the summer, would stop working (it was 32 years old!!) took a lot of fight to get them to get our unit a new AC unit. At one point we were told it wasn’t an emergency (it was 100+ degrees everyday, we had a 2 yr old and dogs). We never asked for help with anything after that. It was dehumanizing to practically beg for cold air in Texas Summer. Moving out, we had until EOD on Aug 16 2025 To be out. We moved all our things on the 15th, and were planning on going back morning of the 16th to get the rest/clean. When I arrived there was a maintenance person in the unit, our food in the fridge was thrown into a trash bag, and I found the maintenance person smoking a cigarette in the master bathroom, ashing the cigarette into the bathtub and sink!!! If I hadn’t of walked in, I know they would’ve charged ME for the smoking and trash. Because I took pics and said something, they couldn’t. Just be aware of what you’re getting into. They management can only do so much, the “higher ups” the own the property do not care about the ppl who live there. Hopefully it has changed in a year.

  Im a current resident and I have been dealing with a RAT infestation since June and the office is doing very little about it and will not give me a number to someone higher in the company I have also left messages with the answering service to no avail I have sent 2 messages threw the website and other from my email the attached pictures are from behind my refrigerator and dishwasher Update i am currently sitting in the office waiting for a manager and have been waiting for the better part of an hour and the secretary is very rude and unprofessional having an attitude cause we have asked questions on how much longer its going to take and this is not the 1st time she has attitude while trying to resolve this RAT Infestation

  Took a tour a tour of the property this past weekend and was very impressed with the cleanliness and outstanding customer service. Cristal was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the area. She answered all of our questions and concerns making us feel comfortable.

  Cute place for sure but if you’re on a tour with someone you should make sure to keep your comments about their skin to yourself. Wholly unprofessional act from the woman with the pink hair.
