  I am currently living in this apartment community, and my experience has been excellent so far. The property is clean, peaceful, and properly maintained. The management team is very responsive, and whenever there is any concern, they take it seriously and make sure it is handled without unnecessary delay. I would especially like to appreciate the property manager, who is very professional, friendly, and easy to approach. The manager always listens patiently and treats residents with respect. It is clearly visible that genuine effort is being taken to keep the community safe, organised, and comfortable for everyone. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and completes the work properly. Overall, I am very happy with the way this apartment community is managed. It feels good to live in a place where the management actually cares about the residents. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

  I had my ac go out on a Friday and Sandra was reassuring and helpful on getting help out here throughout the weekend, while it was a difficult troubleshoot Miguel managed to find and fix the problem rather quickly and explained that it was done properly. I’ve lived here for almost a year come next month and renewed for another year. Don’t let these bad reviews scare you.

  Moved in April 29, 2026. Realized we had roaches within a couple days. City came for routine inspection and I told them we had roaches. It was acknowledged! Reported it to office and pest control came. Waited for her to get permission to do a three day clean out after she learned the whole bldg has them bad. One apt refused treatment. Desiree told my roommate they were going to get city involved if they wouldn't let them treat On my birthday June 15:I had a roach in the bottom of my coffee cup. That was final straw after 6 weeks of roaches !!!! We are very clean!!!! No one should be allowed to refuse treatment and affect everyone else in the bldg !!!! Desirees attitude was not one of empathy but calm and collected while throwing daggers with her eyes!!! This is really affecting our mental health so we will fight if need be !!! We refuse to live with these disgusting disease ridden roaches and we shouldn't have to!!!

  I lived here for three years, and over time the conditions became unbearable. My apartment had ongoing issues with roaches, ants, spiders, mold, flooding, loose outlets and frequent maintenance problems that were never properly resolved. Only when the city inspector was coming to look at my apt did they start fixing some issues like the cracked windows that were there since I moved in and tile that was coming up, The dining room flooded whenever it rained, the dishwasher and bathroom had mold, the shower rarely had hot water, and the water service was often shut off. I was even charged for a washer and dryer that were never provided. Living here with my children became increasingly stressful and unsafe. Parking permit issues led to my trucks getting towed multiple times and office refused to refund me even though it was their fault for deleting my permits which is complete bs! neighbors frequently left dog waste around the property, and off-leash dogs sometimes chased my kids. The pools were always closed or dirty, the property often smelled like marijuana, and there were regularly suspicious people lingering around the complex for hours. The environment deteriorated significantly during the time we lived there, and we no longer felt comfortable or secure in our own home. Even inside our apartment, the smell of marijuana would come in from neighbors unit, which was especially upsetting while I was pregnant. Eventually, we decided to break our lease because we could not tolerate the conditions any longer and needed to move somewhere we felt safe and comfortable.
