  Great and affordable apartments and is in the center of alot of great places to visit in Hurst. Everything is so close youll feel anything is just a quick drive away. Staff is wonderful, friendly and happy to handle any concerns you may have. Especially Víctor Aldana (Maintenance) he's so down to earth, always a smile on his face and does the upmost to meet your expectations when it comes to resolving any issues you may have in your apartment and leaving you satisfied with his work and not just crossing off another check off the check list he is what a good Maintenance man should be! Had to leave a review for him, he's a fantastic worker!

  I’ve had a great experience so far. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional whenever I have questions or need assistance. One thing I really appreciate is how clean and well-maintained the property always is. You can tell the team really cares about the community!

  The front office staff are excellent and always helpful—for example, they can receive packages on your behalf if you’re not available. They maintain a quiet environment and respond quickly to noise complaints. The complex is very clean, and they’re flexible with things like temporary parking when needed. They also communicate well, giving advance notice about maintenance, noise, or any important updates,and sending timely, thoughtful reminders that help residents stay on track and avoid any violations or fines—keeping everything smooth, stress-free, and hassle-free.
