  This place is not safe. They have had several cars broken into. They have broken gates around the property that they have not put any effort into getting fixed and the apartments are infested with roaches. I hate that I moved here and wished I would have done a better job of researching before moving here.

  My granddaughters use to reside here. The place LOOK's nice from the outside. She had too many problems from jump start, the a/c went out and maintenance comes around in the middle of the night asking if the residents wanted a window unit! For real? Then the water is shut off the better of 2 days! Some of the residents left for that time. Come on now, it's hot! No water and questionable window units and having to pay your own light bill.

  The location is great, since it's close enough to walk to school. I've lived here for about a month, and maintenance has been a real problem. I understand the team is busy and trying to get to requests as quickly as they can, but the wait times are very long. We submit requests through the resident portal, and when nothing happens, we call the office. The phone is answered by an AI assistant instead of a person. When we finally reach someone, we're told maintenance will come "tomorrow." We've heard that every single time, and no one shows up. For the amount of rent we pay, I expect better communication and follow-through. I also have a security concern. We received an email asking residents to leave their doors unlocked for a fire Inspection service. I don't want to blame anyone, but this means everyone knows our doors are unlocked that day. If no one is home, anyone could walk in. There should be a safer way to handle this, such as staff entering with a key and locking up afterward.

  I haven’t even lived here for a month and it’s already been a horrible experience. I’ve been without water for 4 days and everytime I call the office they say they have no eta or anything. You all decided to close the office for a trail ride rather then fixing a leak…. Yall say yall turned the water back on but we still are without water. Please get it together immediately
