They will charge you rent every month, August – July so don’t believe first and last months rent because they’re just trying to get extra money out of you and then in your last month of renting there they will charge you like triple the utility bill mine was $240 and say that it’s from May to June‘s utilities whenever I’ve already paid may and June‘s utilities all they do is screw you out of money in the management is horrible. I’ve called the office like four times to talk to the manager and she’s always in a meeting somehow

- JWJohn WardJun 3, 20261.0The management refused to get rid of a roach infestation, refused to remove the roommate causing the roach infestation, and denied the existence of the roaches to those who came to investigate the issue. The attached images are what the room management refused to acknowledge looked like. There were maggots burrowing through the carpet. The smell filled the entire apartment.
