- JMJohn MeisgeierApr 28, 20265.0From Living at the villas for almost a year I have experienced many positive experiences from the complex. The rooms are spacious, the town home style of the units really bring in a home feel compared to the traditional Apartment building style. Area around the complex is generally kept clean, besides the pool area from time to time. I haven’t had much interaction between other residents here, but the ones I do interact with are nice. Front office staff is very informative and friendly but the manager has been known to take time on certain issues that residents bring up constantly such as unit restoration or lease issues. In terms of property management the water has only been off a couple times during my stay, but usually turned back on in a day or two. Overall, the villas is generally good for what you pay for to live here.
- MBMcKenzie BrooksApr 22, 20261.0First of all, I came in the apartment and it was disgusting, obviously dirty with a potent smell, all of our furniture was covered in pet fur and the office refused to do anything about it. Despite all of that, I still stuck it out and gave the apartments a chance. As of now my main issue is that you all never once, even as I initially signed the lease, clarified that there was a difference in academic and general leases, instead you all left me to find out the hard way. Even when I resigned my lease for the second term you all put forth no communication or effort to ensure that people were signing the right lease and I know that I am not the only one who was not even aware there was a difference. Now I am left to fend for myself and find somebody to rent my apartment out even though I am not even going to be here. Do better, my experience from the beginning has been terrible due to poor management and communication.
