  A couple of days ago we drove from Houston to Huntsville looking to rent an apartment for my daughter. We were looking at different options and this property was one of them, but was turned away because they said there were no units available. This was confusing, and frustrating because they still had leasing signs posted outside, indicating that apartments were available.

  I am writing this review with genuine gratitude after living here for nearly 10 months. If you are a Sam Houston State student looking for the best place to stay, look no further because this is hands down the best student complex in the area. I don’t even know where to begin with Amanda, the Property Manager. She is truly the best manager in the world! Her level of empathy and understanding is unmatched. She is such a kind hearted person, and I feel so lucky to have met her. No matter how big the issue was, and I am talking about major life hurdles instead of minor house problems, she sat down with me, listened intently, and made me feel truly heard. I even saw her creating tables and charts just to find solutions for my major concerns. She works incredibly hard, and she is the main reason why this community is so wonderful. The entire team is just as amazing. The clubhouse staff is always smiling and friendly, and the maintenance team is incredibly fast. Whether it was fixing a stove or installing a showerhead, they handled everything immediately. We even mentioned seeing a single bug once, and they had pest control here the very next day. They always responded to our requests without delay and were so gracious whenever we offered them treats. The apartments themselves are very spacious and bright, and having a balcony is a huge plus for me. The light colored furniture makes the space feel modern and even larger. The management was also incredibly helpful in getting us the floor we wanted and even making sure we could be neighbors with our friends. The only minor downside is that the clubhouse isn’t open 24/7, but they have a dedicated study room and the gym is always open, which is a huge plus. The pool area was always clean, and I spent a lot of time relaxing there without ever having a single concern about safety. Most importantly for parents, I can say with a clear conscience that this is a very safe and peaceful place. In my 10 months here, I have never dealt with loud music or disruptive parties. It is worth every single penny. I recommend Midtown Huntsville to everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team, and a special, massive thank you to Amanda. I am truly grateful for everything!

  I am very happy living here. The maintenance service is very fast and excellent; I haven't experienced any issues with bugs at all (I live on the 3rd floor, so I can't speak for the lower floors). The apartment itself is beautiful—spacious and filled with natural light—and overall, I am extremely pleased with the size of the unit, particularly the kitchen.
