  We lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and overall had a great experience while living there. We paid our rent, took care of the apartment, and truly considered it home for a long time. Like any place lived in for several years, there were normal signs of aging over time, but nothing we believed was beyond ordinary use. What disappointed us was what happened after move-out. After FIVE years in an apartment, normal wear and tear should absolutely be expected. Carpet wears down, paint fades, blinds age, appliances get older — that is simply part of having long-term tenants. We spent hours cleaning the apartment before turning it over and even left on what seemed like great terms. We shook hands, said goodbye, and genuinely thought everything was fine. Now we are being told not only are we not getting our deposit back, but that we supposedly owe additional money on top of it for “damages.” After 15+ years of renting, we have never experienced anything like this. To make matters worse, we were informed the balance could be sent to collections and reported to the credit bureaus. In today’s economy, people are already struggling enough. Many renters depend on getting their deposit back to help with moving expenses and transitioning into their next home. We truly needed that deposit returned. It’s disappointing because situations like this make you realize that no matter how friendly things seem during your lease, tenants can still end up facing unexpected charges at move-out after years of paying rent on time and taking care of the property. And before I forget — the speed bumps. Whoever designed this place must have owned stock in suspension repair shops. There’s a speed bump every 30 yards and they somehow manage to ruin even the best of days. If you are considering renting here, just understand that things may seem great while you live there — but pay very close attention to what happens when you move out. If you are in a position where you have to rent in this already challenging economy, I would strongly encourage you to think carefully before signing a lease here

  Today I am handing over my keys after living at Rosemary for three years, and I leave feeling incredibly grateful. My experience here was exceptional from start to finish. ​I want to give special recognition to the management team: Angie and Julie were essential during my stay. They were always very attentive to my emails and helped me so much with the administrative side and contract details; their professionalism truly makes a difference. ​I also want to send a special thank you to Mr. Héctor and Dani from the maintenance team. Their helpfulness and dedication are admirable; thanks to their hard work, the facilities are kept in perfect condition, and everything always worked wonderfully. ​Furthermore, the entertainment facilities are excellent and 100% recommended, including the pool, which is always kept in pristine condition. ​Thank you to the entire team for these three years of peace and quality. Please keep up that dedication and high-level service that defines you. Highly recommended!
