The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially appreciate the way the team handles resident packages. My Amazon package was delivered at my door on Sunday around 3 PM, the office was closed and I was out of town due to work on Monday i notified them that it was at my front door They were quick to assist and made sure it was retrieved safely. It’s reassuring to know that you can order something online and it can sit outside your door all day/night and no one will touch your belongings. Overall, The Rosemary has been a great place . The community is peaceful, the staff is attentive, and I appreciate the effort they put into making residents feel comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend The Rosemary to anyone looking for a great apartment community in Humble.

We were working within an extremely tight timeline and some unique circumstances, yet they approached every challenge with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. From our very first conversation to a last minute situation on move in day, they went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. Their communication was outstanding, and they consistently made us feel like a priority. The process itself was long and, at times, very stressful, but Beau and Angie remained supportive every step of the way. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to help made all the difference, and we’re truly grateful for everything they did to help us finally get moved in.
