- KKKimSep 10, 20265.0Going on to my first year and will be renewing. This community is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance is so quick and effective. They are always picking up trash and keeping the place clean even though I agree with other reviews, valet trash can be better. However, I love it here. They always have fun events, good coffee in the office and I have good neighbors. I definitely recommend!

- MGMichael Graves (Graves)Aug 6, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ a great experience living at The Rosemary The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. I especially appreciate the way the team handles resident packages. My Amazon package was delivered at my door on Sunday around 3 PM, the office was closed and I was out of town due to work on Monday i notified them that it was at my front door They were quick to assist and made sure it was retrieved safely. It’s reassuring to know that you can order something online and it can sit outside your door all day/night and no one will touch your belongings. Overall, The Rosemary has been a great place . The community is peaceful, the staff is attentive, and I appreciate the effort they put into making residents feel comfortable and taken care of. I would definitely recommend The Rosemary to anyone looking for a great apartment community in Humble.
