  This apartment complex is very clean and nice so for it is one of the best place I see so for then a do a good job keeping it clean

  Very quiet place! Was visiting a friend and I didn’t have any problems finding parking or having to register.

  The pricing can be very confusing and overwhelming when wanting to look at multiple properties in the area because having 48 for a quote seems like predatory tactics. When looking for a home and being able to not have that kind of pressure present to choose which property has the best to offer for my family is super important. The agents both Pamala and Sandra was extremely helpful. Watching Sandra pick up trash during our tour, showed me she cares about the property and that set a high bar.

  I wish I could've Not given a single star. At first they seemed accommodating and they have changed managers and the staff completely changed becoming unbearable besides Ms.K. the ladies were rude and straight out unprofessional as soon as you bring up an issue they always say it will be fixed and not a damn fix for months. Dogs Shit left on sidewalk and Noone picks it up. Constant emails were sent out by the office and acting like someone would come to make repairs but its just a paper trace and easy money fo r maintenence

  Lived here 2 yrs and honestly don’t move here, the managers are not for helping and making sure the tenants are taken care of. I was pro-rated for my last month incorrectly. I came and turned in my keys since they pro-rated me for a week early. They went back and changed my date for another week and charged me an extra 7days plus late fee. I was a good tenant. I never complained. I have a leak in my fridge forcing me to keep a bowl in there for months and it was never fixed, they would state maintenance tried coming and that i would not open my door. I had a ring camera and they never came when they stated they did. Also, multiple cars on bricks pretty frequently. My neighbors started moving out due to safety and no proper help. Ms. K is a wonderful and understanding woman, literally the only one who actually listens and doesn’t talk to you like you don’t matter.
