Pesimo servicio no respetan los contratos desde que compro abeys, quieres hacer pagar a la gente daños que ya estaban desde antes de vivir en la vivienda, aún así pagando seguros de daños y de perros y aún habiendo dado el depósito inicial, en mi recomendación hay mejores lugares a menor precio, That is precisely why, under the previous administration, we paid for pet insurance—something that you failed to honor. That is the reason for this negative review—aside from your attempt to charge us for damages that existed prior to our arrival, and your failure to respect our contract or renew it when your administration took over.
I had a great experience moving into my apartment, and I really want to thank Heather for making the process so smooth and stress-free. She was very sweet, pleasant, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and excited about my new home. Everyone in the office was also very kind and friendly, which made the entire experience even better. Great customer service truly makes a difference, and I’m happy I chose to move here!

The Women's at The Abbey at Park Lakes are very helpful and kind and nice. I think they go out of they way to help peoples, and they always give good services to the Resident.

I placed a work order for my ac unit and Gilbert showed up. He was patient with me and took the time to explain and show me why my air was not flowing. He recommended that I change my filter more often than I had been to avoid this problem in the future. He was knowledgeable and very kind and got my apartment cool within the hour.

I do not recommend living here. Within the first week of moving in, the air conditioner did not work and it took about 1–2 weeks to be fixed. Since then, there have been constant maintenance issues throughout the apartment.
Things have continued to fall apart, including the closet rack and towel holders. The washer and dryer did not work initially, and the washing machine is extremely rusted and dirty. It cannot be used because rust continuously accumulates inside, and it leaks even when not in use.
The toilet constantly runs, and I have to manually fill the back of the tank multiple times a day just to use it. The ice maker and dishwasher also do not work.
I have had to submit maintenance requests repeatedly, and it feels like issues are never fully resolved. I haven’t even lived here a full year, and the amount of problems I’ve experienced is unacceptable.
For the condition of these units and the ongoing issues, the rent should be significantly cheaper. It does not match the quality or upkeep of the apartment at all.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would strongly encourage others to consider these issues before moving in.
