  They use Snappt (AI technology) to verify your income. But even if you download your pay statements directly from the site/app you get them from your company on, itll still claim fraud. They dont refund you if you have a fraud claim. Sounds like a load of BS to keep the $210 without having to give you an apartment.

  My move-in experience at The Abbey at Park Lakes was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Heather, Dulce, and Jeizel went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. They were professional, friendly, answered every question I had, and kept me informed every step of the way. The level of customer service they provided made me feel valued from day one. The move-in process was organized, efficient, and much easier than I expected. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a community with an outstanding leasing team and a seamless move-in experience, I highly recommend The Abbey at Park Lakes.   Came to look at an apartment and didn’t acknowledge us once. Front office lady taking person phone calls very UNPROFESSIONAL while we are sitting there waiting to be addressed, with given rude looks so we left.

  If you are looking for an apartment in the humble area that actually cares about their residents this is the place for you. Jaizel, Heather, and Dulce are all so amazing.
