  This place has been great. I’m downsize large home to a three bedroom two bath location is quiet. Neighbor seem to be great no issues very pet friendly. Haven’t had any issues with my apartment since moving in office. Staff has been great very responsive very friendly very nice very family oriented as well. The pool is great. The amenities are great. I’m very satisfied as my decision in my move.

  The staff is great the amenities are fantastic and the apartment are a big size. I remind them hands down great place to live always something going community wise.

  If I could give it 0 stars it would be fine. We made the mistake of renewing the contract with the new administration and it was the worst mistake we made. We stayed living 2 years with the old owners and their administration, it was a good experience, everything was great. But when the new owner came in and they changed his name, it was the most unpleasant thing. Now everything every month is paid twice the price, the pool is dirty, people from other places come and go as if they were residents, and this is because the doors always remain out of service, it has become an unsafe place for us and our children. We decided to renew the contract 1 year ago because we thought its price was going to be high, it should be more orderly and quiet. But it wasn't like that, I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Don't waste your money, there are better places with much better prices. On weekends there is no control in the pool, it should be one of the quietest days and we can distract ourselves from the tiredness of work, but there are too many people without values, smoking marijuana, with firearms visible to everyone, they have no respect for our children who are having fun in their non-school days

  I am a former resident that lived on property for nine years from 2017 to 2025. Blessed to see the transition from one company to another, Carrington at Park Lakes and now Abbey at Park Lakes. This is a beautiful luxury home apartment living style then and now. I am very impressed with the upgrades and highly recommend this community in the Park Lakes market area in Humble. Given the opportunity I would lease again. Do not wait to join a beautiful and pet friendly, luxury style living community view, sign, and lease an available home today. By the way Abbey at Park Lakes has great management and maintenence staff.

  They use Snappt (AI technology) to verify your income. But even if you download your pay statements directly from the site/app you get them from your company on, itll still claim fraud. They dont refund you if you have a fraud claim. Sounds like a load of BS to keep the $210 without having to give you an apartment.
