Avoid this apartment complex at all costs! My daughter moved to this complex in April 2025 and just recently moved out due to lease expiration (her choice). What an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. The apartment had multiple problems on move-in, including a crack in the ceiling, a non-working a/c, and so many roaches! My daughter had to ask multiple times before corrections were made. She also had constant problems with the sink clogging and dishwasher not working. Not to mention the pot holes throughout the complex, which she and others repeatedly requested to be repaired. As of move-out, they are still there. The gates are always broken. Either they don't work at all or they are just left open. Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere. This complex is in desperate need of new ownership. Someone who actually cares about their residents well-being.

If I could give this apartment a -10 stars I would.
I would first like to say this was my first apartment I’ve moved into. The first week I’ve noticed a manager was being nosey and paying attention to my home. Walked into my home without my permission at times asking people why were they in my home. ( the one that works in the back with black hair ). I’ve worked out of town alot and also really was never home but I knew due to my family check in and out of my home. Second I would like to say ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. The apartment was very infested with roaches. The sewer was horrible. The maintenance was horrible as well. I’ve literally broke my lease due to me not being comfortable or even dealing with the roaches and the nosey office people or invading my privacy. Please do not move here it’s nothing BUT ROACHES AND them wanting your money.
ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES !!

My mom looked at these apartments about 6 months after Hurricane Harvey and I told her that she shouldnt move over here because the apartments aren’t well kept…and they clearly all down stairs towards the back and middle flooded…she decided to move somewhere else…well fast forward to a little over a year ago she decided to move here and I honestly tried to talk her out of it…she pays $1400 in rent for an apartment here…her apartment has been invested with roaches and water damage issues numerous times…the office staff is so rude and lack common customer service skills..every time she calls to make them aware of a situation…it takes months for them to come…where is the sense of urgency…water damage causes mildew, the floors to buckle, and baseboards to crack but I guess that’s not important. The carpet was poorly cleaned…clearly stained…the doors were painted shut..outside storage included…
My mom is to old to go back and forth with the office staff about things like this..I live along the beltway I pay $8 more in rent my apartment is beautiful the maintenance is awesome…there is no way I WOULD STAY IN AN APARTMENT THIS OLD THAT DOES NOT OFFER ANYTHING…they will lie and tell you anything for you to move in! DO NOT FORGET THE FEES ADDED TO YOUR RENT
Building and Facilities Fee
Pest Control
Sewer Base
Trash
Trash Admin Fee
Water Bill
Water Base Charge
MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED A FEW TIMES AND ITS STILL TERRIBLE.
Dear management,
Please understand that there are many people whom do not have a desire to become home owners…so if you would like to keep long term renters or even build healthy relationships with short term renters…you need to understand that your community property has pests, rodents, the exterior and interior is dirty, the hallways and balconies have a bunch of miscellaneous items sitting around, the dumpsters are always overflowing including chairs and sofas out sitting for weeks, you have poor maintenance and upkeeping, the parking lot is not well paved, and they have spiderwebs EVERY WHERE!
But just like a stylist giving a client a bad hair cut…your client can look terrible but if you offer Good Response Management, Assurance of help, Empathy, Understanding the concern, Security, Continuous Improvement, And Value each person…you will build personal relationships where good things will be reciprocated and people will still feel good about spending their hard earned money even if they did not receive the outcome they may have wanted.
Ms Jaime is easily the best manager ever! She’s very understanding and really listens if there are any concerns. Eagle Crest is an awesome place to live.
