- EREvana RamosMar 13, 20251.0I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex. I’m someone who takes cleanliness seriously and cleans daily, yet I’ve been dealing with a constant roach infestation for the past three weeks. After informing management about the issue and requesting fumigation due to bug and spider bites, I’ve only been met with frustration. I’ve been polite and patient throughout this process, but initially, management dismissed my concerns, claiming the bugs were just water bugs and suggested it might be my fault. I’ve removed all food from my apartment, and I’ve even moved out temporarily because of how disgusting and tiring it has been to deal with these pests. Despite this, my housekeeper, who still cleans the apartment regularly, continues to find roaches of all sizes. One of the office staff promised to get management to inspect the situation, but when I followed up, I was told they had no information and would get back to me the next day. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I’m still dealing with roaches in my apartment. Would not recommend this complex if you value cleanliness and a timely resolution to issues.

My daughter and I applied to these apartments a few weeks ago was told everything looks good will submit for final approval received a call from Regina telling us we were approved and that she will be in touch with the amount of our security deposit for move -in. My daughter called to confirm move-in date a couple weeks later and now she informs us we wasn’t approved that was a “pre-approval”. Mind you if we hadn’t reached out we would have still been thinking we were moving in within the next few weeks. The lack of concern and accountability is very disturbing. Plus the 300 application fee is non-refundable. Dryden do better!!!
