  This place is terrible once you get your apartment the staff do not care about you. Trust me it is not worth it living here. They’ve towed my vehicle when my lease wasn’t expired and I had the same plates . They fine me for whatever rule that not a rule ,that they do not like and they this four times different reason, by adding other. The fines are 250 for one fine. Paying your rent online is an extra 210 dollar with all the monthly fees. The gate is always broke. The pool is open for just a weekend then closed for a month and half. Any technical problems you have or services you need, they never know. Literally “ I don’t know will be in there reply sentence to you. Frogs ever where at not, and we have a apartment community raccoon and possum at the garbage disposal area at night .

  If I could give zero I would only forced to give a 1 star the manager and leasing agents lie to you when you apply for the apartment they forced you to pay a deposit while your apply and in the end after deciding to not go with the apartment after being approved for the apartment they refuse to give you the deposit back after asking from the Beginning if you decide not to take the apartment if they will refund it. You even told them you didn't want to put the deposit before the approval and the finnal decision they say you have to put the deposit down to apply with the application fee and admin fee which didn't seem right but was in a bit of a rush to find something I wanted and then found something better, they say you forfeited it when you did your application and was approved and they were getting a occupied apartment ready. How can you get a occupied apartment ready when people aren't moving out till the mid to end of October and you gave them over a months notice that you don't want to take the apartment giving them time to rent it to someone else? Hmm fishy apartment also went there on the weekend night and the place was a disaster, trash everywhere, lots of people throwing parties, most of the workout equipment was broke, when asked the manager about the maintenance people was told oh in six months they had 100 work orders and was only able to get 40 done. 40 done yea ok thats not even half in 182 days? Sounds like there not to much in a rush to fix things in the apartment when your paying 1400 a month just for a one bedroom apartment. I would advise not to rent here! Do your research first. I thought it would have been a good options at first but then with all the bad reviews the visits I did and the research I wish I would have done total before Appling then I wouldn't be out of 200.00 after being told I would get it back!! Don't let them sell you a scam and trash!!! Hope this helps the next one not to get scammed!!

  My original review was 5 stars because the previous management was FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, Dryden got NEW management and they are extremely disorganized and very unprofessional. I lost access to my resident account and reached out to them via email multiple times about the matter and they were never able to recover my account nor did they even give me options to create a new account. I’ve contacted management multiple times on matters of my rent and initiating the move out procedures (I was originally going to renew my lease and you’d think they’d immediately send their residents the lease renewal, yet they don’t. They kept telling me they were backed up and my name was on the list for the renewal to be sent, but guess what? I never got it.) and my emails were unanswered. It is very unfortunate because the property itself is nice and brand new, but if you want to live at a place with disorganized management that clearly do not coordinate with each other that keep each other updated on their tenants accounts and give you massive headaches, this is the perfect place for you! Aside from the very poor management, another small downside that didn’t bother me too much, but I feel is important to note for new possible residents: there are not many amenities. The gym is pretty small, there’s a dog park, a pool, fire pit with a lounge area, an outside clubhouse, an indoor resident clubhouse that is very spacious accompanied by a foosball table and a couple arcade games. On their website, you’ll see fancy verbiage, but it truly isn’t much. As for cleanliness, I lived in building 3, I had good surrounding neighbors — never had an issue with them and I had NO problem with roaches!!! That was a plus for me!! However, management makes a difference—one star overall. The response underneath my review was originally made by the previous property manager Christopher Halliburn—he no longer works there and I do wish he had never left. Since this is an updated review, please overlook his response, I highly doubt the new management will even address this new review.

  The most beautiful complex with very friendly and helpful staff! They always get back to my emails in a very timely manner. The trash valet service is amazing and always in time, even if you’re not on the first floor. They even gave me an Alexa on my move in day as a surprise! I couldn’t have chosen a better apartment complex for myself.
