Don’t move here poor management poor property management! No parking at all . You have to park so far away from your unit to move here . Worst apartment ever . Don’t say I didn’t warn you . My parking spot is in front of a burned building with mattresses . I have asthma now due to the burnt building they have . Do not have Arlene be the one to lease your apartment . Do not expect her to follow up with you . She lied to us and told us about where we could park and just never communicated . She don’t reply to emails or follow up ! Worst customer service .

it’s a disaster. Disgusting roach issues, disgusting squatter trying to break into your home in the middle of the night, security shining flashlight into your apartment and when you approach them about it they say they are looking for squatters. Very dangerous. Fire is happening as we speak. Multiple firefighters are blocking the entrances, I hope no one is hurt. Already had another building burned down that no one has touched since moving in. DEA police officers in and out banging on doors asking for show hands and have giant guns pointed at you. Anyways SOMETHING, at least you will never be bored?. Disgusting mold in your apartment, appliances that don’t work, refrigerator freezer will stop working and come on again making us throw out all our food because it thaws and refreezes. Don’t even try to ask for it to be fixed, they will just tell you “that’s how it supposed to be” in and out in five minutes. Never address your concerns. It’s a horrible apartment complex. Disgusting green pools. It’s just a mess. DONT RENT HERE

Concerns Regarding Dog Owners and Resident Count: Dear Woodlake Staff, I hope this message finds you well. While the townhomes here are livable, a bit crowded and a bit outdated, they are manageable for the time being. However, I have a concern regarding some dog owners who have taken to using my front entrance as a default area for their pets. When one dog detects the scent of another, it often leads them to assume that this is a designated spot for relieving themselves. Today, I encountered a woman walking her dog who stopped right by my door, despite the notice indicating that I have a camera installation. Although she was equipped with gloves to clean up after her dog, she seemed somewhat embarrassed when I opened the door and politely directed her to the designated park for pets. I kindly ask that you remind dog owners to be considerate of the residents. Just because there is space available doesn’t mean it should be used as a dog area. Additionally, I’d like to address the situation with the number of residents next door. It seems to be escalating and is becoming quite concerning. I suspect my neighbors are operating an unlicensed daycare, given the unusually high number of children frequently banging and balls thrown towards the wall, bowling balls and chairs constantly scratched onto the kitchen/dinning floor tiles. It's never-ending. The frequent and loud banging suggests a level of force and chaos that is quite disruptive. I urge you to verify the number of residents against the number of bedrooms in that unit. There appear to be too many children, and it seems that none of the parents are present (during the noises, or maybe joining in ALL DAY) or unable to supervise them effectively. Responsible adults usually prioritize work during the day or properly supervise their children when babysitting is their ONLY job. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Sadly they have gone downhill!! This was the place to be 20 years ago! I loved my apartment and the washer and dryer, fireplace etc. The gym & pool were nice. I would love to move back but the area and complex is not safe and it needs upgrades. I hope they fix it up and raise the rent a little to get the sketchy people out. Maybe they take section 8?? Maybe they don’t need to raise the rent but be more discerning about who they let live there? Please make the changes. You lost a lot of long term residents.
