  I was genuinely interested in these apartments until I started reading the reviews. Wanting to get more clarity, I called the office and asked what steps management was taking to address the recurring tenant complaints and improve the issues being mentioned. Unfortunately, the response I received was disappointing. The staff member I spoke with laughed off the concerns and said the bad reviews were mostly from tenants wanting things fixed “right away,” and that they were “working on them.” She did not mentioned a resolution for safety. The conversation quickly shifted toward trying to get me to schedule a tour rather than addressing the concerns directly. I understand every property will have occasional complaints and that management wants to keep units occupied, but when there are consistently negative reviews with little indication of meaningful resolution, it raises concerns about what future tenants can realistically expect. Based on this interaction, I no longer feel confident moving forward with renting here.

  This place is a joke. It never ends. Every week is something lately. Funny that this unit was highly recommended by the office receptionists. Ha! I wonder what everyone else is experiencing. I am literally living in the times of the Titanic in this unit. Floods, countless visitors to fix one thing after another, which in turn exposes my furniture, my room, and personal items when workers are constantly banging on my door every week lately to fix this, and that. They don't even remove their big, muddy, hefty boots. It just never ends. I recommend that you all reconstruct this entire apartment complex from the ground up. Its ancient, its moldy, cracked, Its a sinking ship. floods, bugs, repainting, restructuring, flood again, repairing, repainting, Sheetrock is inherently messy, flood again, internal raindrops. Causing PTSD whenever it rains, you search the house like Inspector Gadget searching for flood evidence. You know its around somewhere, just not sure on its specific location. Follow the raindrop sounds and the constant drips. This is the definition of insanity.

  Don't waste your time or money applying....they barely want to process your application and will come up with any excuse to make you have a cosigner RESPONSE: im not contacting yall anymore bc i already called yall 3 times when your “leasing specialist” from Nebraska was giving me the run around..I even left a vm asking for my fee back bc it was evident she was not interested in processing my application which I never got a call back from yall..I still want my fee back!!
