  While Woodlake Oaks Apartments provide spacious Apartments and a great location but the quality in NOT worth it. If they put more effort into the rest of the complex like the effort they put into the Front office....this place would look better. 1. You are forced to pay for trash Valet, which they say offers recycling but I keep finding my CLEAR trash bags full of soda cans in the regular trash....the trash guy tries to bury it in the regular dumpster to hide that it did NOT go in the recycling bin. 1a. Quite time is after 10pm, the trash guy has been coming at 12am, 1am, 3am all while making so much noise (im a very light sleeper). 1b. The trash guy continues to take a picture of my front door during trash days....even when I dont have trash out there. 1c. I have stopped putting my recycling out due to the fact that is it NOT being recycled so I have been taking it to the recycling center myself....which I shouldn't have to but theses trash people are so incompetent. 1d. The trash guys truly help with making this place trashier....how? By throwing the bags down to the bottom floor and if they bust open....well all the trash gets left on the ground! Or is gets through in the revene next to building 3 and 4! Sometimes even the whole trash bags will get through down there! 2. Parking is atrocious! Covered parking it $25/month. Free parking is the uncovered spots...which are not enough. The result, people parking in non-parking stops, hence making drive through parts of the complex difficult. Does the office do anything about them? .....no! 3. There are a lot of dogs in this complex and they dont do anything about letting people's dogs poop on the walkway...I swear there is a new turd everyday, its just left there! So if you're not careful...expect stepping on poop! 4. This is not the Apartments complexes fault but it ties into why NOT to choose to live here. The MAIL, especially USPS, I have no idea what their problem is but the mail gets lost soooo many times. Your tracking number will say delivered to your box....but when you look, its not there. They have lost multiple packages, replacement bank cards, checks in the mail. The parcel room....my boxes have been delivered to apartment numbers that aren't even close to what my number is!!! I chalk all this up to pure laziness and no care! 5. Oh the best part? The maintences guys help in ruining the better appearance of this place. Pieces of wood, nails, etc get left on the floor after work. A gutter to one of the buildings got ripped off becasue of them, in the golf carts, squeezing through a space they didnt fit through unless the gutter disappeared. By the way, they're in a golf cart right? So why cant they go around the building? Not like they're walking....laziness. 6. If you do decide to live here, expect low quality maintence, appliances, and for your complaints and concerns to NOT be heard! Truly been a nightmare living here! Can't wait for my lease to be up.

  Stayed here as a guest, maintenance begins leaf blowing loudly as early as 7:30 on Saturdays so if you have a consistent work week you best believe you will not be getting to sleep in. They have done this very often and are quite unapologetic about their team. Sometimes they will start after 8 which is legal, but that is still very early and inconsiderate.

  Tracy is truly the best. I have been here for years. I dropped my keys between the seat of my car and I could not get them because I am older. She got on the ground to look under my seat. I am great ful for her

  Pretty heavily disappointed at move-in, IT TOOK FOUR DAYS TO GET A SHOWER ROD I HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO EVEN GET. Baseboards weren’t finished, painted or broken, in MULTIPLE places. Paint wasn’t done or overpainted in some places, outlets broken or not even attached to the wall, some walls are warped, and floors aren’t level, I can literally hear what’s under the carpet moving under my feet, and the various dips, massive holes in the bathroom cabinets, hinges are broken or heavily painted over, AC cover looks like it was used for war… While the apartment inside is for the most part nice, aside from what’s shown, the buildings themselves could use a good cleaning (the amount of spider webs covering everything is something I’ve literally never seen before) While the garage spots are semi-spacious the garage doors themselves should probably be replaced. Were pretty quick to say we owe something but not so quick to fix what I need. I will say that the only nice things that came of this have been the new carpet, washer and dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The space itself is really nice, just really disappointing that it wasn’t ready like the unit we looked at.
