  This is honestly the greatest and safest apt complex I have ever lived in, great price for such a beautiful area. The property management and staff team in general, are incredible, (especially miss Dwan). She has helped me with everything with a level of professionalism and care that it is beyond this world. The entire staff is truly amazing, from the security, to the maintenance crew. But especially miss Dwan! (She is truly a blessing)!

  Me lleve una mala experiencia la verdad con estos apartamentos, lamentablemente acabo de firmar contrato con ellos y me tocará cumplir pero si han venido con intención de rentar, la verdad les recomendaría que lo piensen 2 y 3 veces, te ofrecen una cosa en renta y después de cobran por todo, definitivamente mala decisión, mejor vayan a otra propiedad.

  Left a review on this subject before and what seemed to happen was a remedy for the issue, although temporary. Last week I called the leasing office about the issue regarding the landscapers and their lawn work early in the morning and how it is an issue for people who work nights. I was assured that it was only on Wednesdays, however, I was woken up to the sounds of the landscapers today on Monday. This is a common issue, the landscaping company does not have a set routine and there is no real way to plan your life around their schedule. Please do not move here if you work nights. You will be woken up unless you are comfortable wearing earplugs (which I think is an unreasonable compromise) and even then, at least for me, the sound is still loud enough to wake you up.
