  had a great experience with Shawntee and her team at Whitney at the Heights. From the moment I started the process, they were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Shawntee went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel valued throughout the entire experience. Moving can be stressful, but the level of communication and customer service from this team made it so much easier. It’s clear they care about their residents and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a place with a management team that is responsive, kind, and truly invested in providing a great experience, I highly recommend Whitney at the Heights!

  Over 4 years living here and I have really appreciated the responsiveness from maintenance, especially when I had an urgent issue with my stovetop. Loving the new improvements and renovations they have been making lately. Great meeting Shawntee! I look forward to another great year.

  Shawntee and her team have done an amazing job transforming this apartment complex since she took over as manager. The improvements have been noticeable, and it’s clear they take pride in maintaining the property. The community feels more welcoming, well-kept, and professionally managed. I truly appreciate the positive changes and the effort Shawntee and her team put in to make this a great place to live.

  Shawntee and her team have recently taken over Whitney at the Heights and the team is consistently working to make the complex a better place to live. In the first few months, they have renovated so much of the outside area. We love the energy Shawntee puts into the community!!

  I've been living at these apartments since January 2026. At first, there were a few things I wasn't thrilled about, but I also understood that no apartment community is perfect. Honestly, ever since the new management team came in, I've been so happy with the direction things are going. Shawntee has made a genuine effort to build a sense of community by organizing resident events, and from the very beginning, the team has been making noticeable improvements throughout the property. They've power washed the buildings, doors, and balconies, painted and refreshed the building exteriors, trimmed the trees, and improved the overall appearance of the community. They even assigned a nighttime security guard to help prevent unauthorized people from entering the property and breaking into residents' vehicles, which has made me feel much safer. Every time I've visited the leasing office, I've been treated with kindness and professionalism. Shawntee has been wonderful to work with and truly shows that she cares about both her job and the residents who live here. I sincerely hope Presidium continues to support her and provides the resources needed to keep making these improvements. It's refreshing to see management that genuinely wants to make this a place where residents enjoy living and want to stay for many years.
