Edit five days later: I've now been waiting on the empty front office for almost 30 minutes to speak to someone in the front office and no one is here. It's shown "lunch break" since I got here at 1:10. It's now 1:36 and still no one is here. I have things to do and waiting 30+ minutes for people to come back from "lunch" is ridiculous. I let the phone ring for 20+ minutes while waiting out of curiosity because the digital assistant said she'll transfer me to someone who could help. No one answered, and no one did. Final edit: I waited for almost an hour. The office worker returned at around 2:06. The maintenance guy (who is great) attempted to call her for me. There was just an "out to lunch" sign on the door; apparently they don't need to add a "be back at 2" addendum to that because she said there weren't any appointments. You know people just walk in sometimes, right? You also know you can add a "will be back at whatevertime" thing too? You're also aware you can change the business hours on Google maps to alert people that they'll just be waiting for almost an hour? Also I hate when apartments incentivize people to leave reviews in exchange for credit or prizes or other things. It makes the entire place look shady. Scroll down with the very constant use of names on recent reviews and you'll see what I'm referring to. 🤷🏻♀️
