If I could give a 0 I would. Denied me without reason and kept my money and make up excuses every time to speak with the supervisor “always busy” very poor communication
Move here if you want to pay $2000/month to have your car broken into, people parking in your spot that you PAY FOR, water flood your apartment because they are PRESSURE washing into the frame of the door...and the best part---office employees having the AUDACITY (particularly the one working on 5/15/26 to have an attitude when you kindly ask them to address any issue. The office does not understand that they are paid to provide to manage the needs of the residents and future residents.
This complex is old, there is only so much you can do without gutting every unit, the ONLY redeeming element would be how your employees treat your guests (customers). A simple "wow, please give me a few minutes to figure that out right away" would do wonders. Maybe some training is in need. Get your stuff together.

We HAVE directly expressed our concerns, and the lack of professionalism has prompted the review.
The office knows which unit I am in, so I would suggest that you reach out to us instead like any respectable business would if residents have issues.
*word of advice: maybe speak to your construction company about illegally putting construction debris into the residential dumpsters. It can result in heavy fines, due to costly damage to the trash trucks and criminal charges.

My mom she live there. Now the administration is carrying out excellent renovations, paying careful attention to the details and to the residents living there.

As a long time resident I am really pleased with the new management team here at Whitney at the heights. They have been extremely helpful, courteous and understanding. In particular, Angela who went above and beyond to help us with a recent enquiry. Thank you.
