  I strongly recommend being extremely careful before renting here. I signed a lease and was given the keys to the apartment, but the unit had an extremely strong cigarette/smoke odor from the moment I entered. The apartment was not in a condition where I could reasonably live there, and I was never able to move in. The move-in date had already been pushed back because they were supposedly working on the A/C, which also caused me to lose additional time. When I brought the issue to management, I felt completely dismissed and was treated very poorly. The person who originally helped me rent the apartment, Violeta, was no longer available, and management was not helpful in resolving the situation. Thankfully, the lease was eventually cancelled, but I was told that money from my deposits would be returned to me. I was given instructions that it would be mailed to an address, but I never received the money. Because of this situation, I lost valuable time and had to spend additional money staying in a hotel and eventually renting another place at a much higher cost. My biggest advice to anyone considering renting here: inspect the apartment very carefully before signing or accepting the keys, especially if you notice any smoke odor, and make sure you get everything regarding deposits and refunds in writing. This experience caused me significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience.

  Everything was perfect. Ms Violet was wonderful from day one all the way until I moved in. The whole staff was amazing. I reported a problem and Ms. Violet immediately took care of it.
