  I love it here!!!!! Alex is amazing, anytime I call with anything, he always comes through he’s so nice, understanding, and positive. The maintenance is always timely. If I could give 10 stars I would🫶🏾

  I had requested a few repairs during my residency and Rafael always fixes it right away. He is always professional and polite. We know we are in good hands with him around! Thank you very much, Rafael!

  Imagine having to pay an extremely high water bill due to your toilet being broken and rigged up multiple times then I was smacked with an extra $140 to pay. I reached out to the apartment management and emailed. The manager did not email me back until after I called back about the issue. Basically there was nothing they could do for me which is extremely frustrating and ridiculous. I have NEVER been late paying my rent. I fill this water bill should not have been my fault. I have pictures and videos I am unable to upload video. It took them about a week 1/2 to actually fix this matter.
