  The lake view is beautiful, very peaceful. I love to take my water toys out to the lake and fish 🎣 Leasing agents and maintenance are prompt with any concerns. The complex is quiet and zen during the day also at night.

  For now I'm giving it 3 ⭐. I'll see how this place is. I'm a bit skeptic about it. Rent is a bit expensive for 545 square feet apartment and not sure if how safe it is. I've gone through the property and thrash overflowing from the trash bins. The road has huge holes you need to dodge. If you pay so much for rent why is the property looking ugly. Though Grislady has been very helpful and understanding of me. I have bugged her so much. But her help is appreciated. I'll be back to to revise my post later on. I'll be taking photos too.

  The management team lead by Monica is awesome. Towing company accidentally tow my car, and they were fight for me to get it back. That consider mission impossible, thank you for your efforts. Plus fast repair, they never use excuses not to fix anything. As long as there's a reasonable communication with the office, they will do everything in their power to help. Best management team i ever encountered.

  I HATE these apartments!!! These are the WORSE apartments I have ever lived in. I wish they will let me out of my lease because of all the negligence they have towards ppl who actually pay rent faithfully! I have dealt with fleas, roaches, spiders, etc. now my AC LEAKS AND CAUSE WATER DAMAGE, AND MOLD. They just band aid the problem because I have had the same issue not even 3 months apart!!! I’m losing clothes, the MOLD IS HORRIBLE AND STINKS! the management is never available, Alex always have an attitude or a smart mouth like the apartments are not the issue. The view not even worth it and they don’t even feed the ducks. DONT MOVE HERE SERIOUSLY!!! parking sucks, never any spots and they are so small your car will get hit by another.
