  The staff is amazing and the apartments are really really nice and updated. The pool is also excellent. Make sure you register your vehicle even if you're a guest because you will be towed. Just be careful about that

  My name is Angelica, My husband and I are currently applying for an apartment at Waterside Apartments. We did a tour with Grisleidy and Absolutely Love the Apartment! And Beautiful Surroundings there! And it was So Nice having Grisleidy and Alex working with us to help resolve any issues we may have during the application process. They're So Friendly and very Helpful, And helped us every step of the way! We are So Excited, And can't wait to become future residents there, Thank you So Much, And God Bless! 😃👍

  I love living here at waterside great stay the office staff are amazingly helpful they work with you have a lot of heart and respect for you as well the office staff do everything they can to help no matter what the situation is so greatful for the office staff the maintenance good to very helpful

  Let me say my apartment is great . I place an order about my crack stove top and it been a while and my stove glass top is still crack.

  I haven't moved in yet, but it's very peaceful, quiet, and has pretty sights. G. Was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Even though it was closing time, she took the time to walk us around.
