  I moved a couple of months ago from out of state to Texas, after looking for weeks into different places we landed at the villages of Briar forest and we couldn't be more grateful for it, touring and applying was easy and smooth! Marie showed us the entire place and was very open to all of our questions and concerns as well as very nice to our kids throughout the whole process, but it doesn't end there, every month they have special events for the kids and families in the complex, ice cream day, free school supplies, tired mom reunion with all the ladies in the complex, snacks, wine and painting! I'm just happy to be here. Maintenance comes normally within 24-48 hrs of placing a maintenance request and they are always really friendly and efficient as well. My kids love the TWO pools and the fact that they are open all year round! (That would never happen in our prior state 😂). The lay out of the apartments is really nice and well distributed, the balconies are very very spacious! And so far we haven have any issues at all with parking spots which in my eyes is definitely a plus! It's very reasonably priced and there are LOTS of good schools, grocery stores and shopping centers around without being in a main Busy road! So if you are looking for a family friendly complex and if this might help you at all... To my family is definitely a 10/10.

  My husband and I did a tour of an apartment with Griselda. She was very friendly, super knowledgeable about the property, and helped us with a pop-in visit. I think that the new apartment upgrades look really nice and the property looks really well kept and clean.

  NO RESIDENT PARKIMG AND UNSAFE FOR WOMEN. This complex has the biggest parking scam I've ever seen. There is literally tenant parking for only 20% of residents. All other parking you must pay for. Either a covered carport or a garage. And it wont be close to your apartment. This means if you have a car you probably have to pay a substantial amount extra just to park your car safely. This also means there is virtually no visitor parking. If you do find any unassigned parking its a ridiculous long walk to wherever you're going. If you have groceries or other items its a long walk in the blazing sun or pouring rain. And its worse at night. I would tell all women to never move here its so dangerous walking to your apartment at night. Avoid this place at all costs. Carport are $50 and garages are $100 scam forced on the residents. All 5 star reviews are fake, paid for, and say nothing about the quality of apartments, parking, living, amenities, and surrounding area. And its weird how Janay seems to be the only thing mentioned in the fake 5 star reviews. Beware

  the parking is horrible do not move here they want you to pay a $75 for garages or $35 for a port there is no regular parking cant even have visitors this is horrible if u leave u have to fight for a spot they need more spots so maddd i moved here

  I toured the property today. Melanie and Marie were so super accommodating and knowledgable about the property AND area! ROCKSTARS IN THAT OFFICE!!!!
