  I have already lived in this apartment complex for a year, and the exit door is always open, the entrance door does not open well, this problem has more than 5 months old. I do not recommend this place at all a while ago I heard that they broke the windows of some cars, we received an email that we secured our vehicles because they were stealing them, the supervisor does not move with this, I am tired of always watching cars enter through the opposite door.

  Don’t move in here. Your apartment you ask for won’t be ready. They have a horrible June bug infestation every year. The managers are rude once you have an issue. Appliance replacement/requested maintenance will take months Vehicle break ins happen. The ‘security’ does nothing Buildings have regular plumbing issues. They replaced all of the buildings roofs but did not have anyone follow up with a magnet so there is still loose nails all around the complex which makes it dangerous for dogs and people to walk around. Many have gotten flats on their vehicles as well which is a pain to go through the rude front office to get taken care of. Stray cats are everywhere The exit is always open because at night the 1 gate reader sometimes doesn’t work so your vehicle is constantly at risk of being hit when exiting. Overall shit place.

  Cymone really helped me and was really sweet and helpful she gave us a tour of the apartments and explained how everything works and went above and beyond to help us and answered all our questions.

  No quiere lavar el pavilion y la manager dijo que no tenial maquina para labar aparte de que se ve mal huele mal, por lo que cuesta la renta tienen muy descuidada la propiedad

  La manager no quiere limpiar. Dice que no tienen pressure washer, se ve feo y huele mal, la manager dice que solonlo acen una ves al año y por lo que cobran aqui no semease just que tengan la provided en estas condiciones
