  Very disappointed with the leasing office. I scheduled an appointment to tour a unit and received confirmation to do so. I called the day before the appointment to see if we could come in earlier and I had to call 4 separate times before I reached anyone. The 4th time I called I used the Zillow app to do so and that is when someone answered me. Courtney confirmed with me that I could come in early to tour the apartment and sent a new confirmation. I showed up on time for the tour and was told by Simone that the unit I came to tour was unavailable to show due to maintenance and that she could show me pictures. I came to the apartment to view it not to look at pictures that I’ve already seen online. Extremely disrespectful to waste my time in that way. I should have been told prior to me showing up that I wouldn’t be able to view the apartment. Will not move forward with applying for this apartment as it is very clear they do not need any new business. I do not recommend!

  Cymone was great! She showed us around and made us feel like would be a great place to live.
