  Maintenance went above and beyond their duties to keep me informed about my work order. They stayed after hours to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. Bonnie assisted them too. Vermillion staff and maintenance were awesome.🤗

  I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Vermillion Apartments. The management is unprofessional, and the staff lacks basic respect and etiquette. Despite following all application requirements, I was met with constant delays and ignorance. It takes them over a week just to review a single document, and they rarely respond to inquiries. ​The property manager is extremely rude; she would literally walk away or start talking to someone else while I was mid-sentence without any apology or professional courtesy. Their system is outdated, and the communication is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with.

  These apartments are terribly managed, too many troubled children with no supervision, they tow cars in the vistor area while there's a million opened parking spaces, they're always trying to charge extra for anything, thw place is ROACH INFESTED, it's soo dirty everywhere, they don't clean anything not even the parking lot, trash stay blowing all over the place it's disgusting, they don't come fix the problems you request them to fix or they take forever, there's always shooting happening even in broad daylight, the gates are NEVER closed, & the front office don't do anything about the problems. There's more bad than good here, don't let the false reviews get you going. Towing cars in vistors spots are just ridiculous, I can count how many damn people actually parks in the spots. This place needs to be investigated & all managers/workers need to be FIRED & REPLACED IMMEDIATELY with professionals!!! Don't waste your time find a better place to live 13 hundred a month for bs can't wait for lease to be over !!!

  Very very unprofessional team .we are moving to Houston in may so we looked appartments all around and vermillion was in our top list to get in .we toured 2bed appartments and filled an application.they said they will reach out to us but no one call us after two weeks I have called them hundreds time no one answered but finally we got to speak no update in our application. Spoke to manager she even don’t know the rules ,she said she don’t know what to say .i have provided two state id and social ,even the appartment were supposed to under my wife name ,she gave them whole her info .i told manager n she asked my info i told her the number is on my id which i already gave her . I waisted my time and money with vermilion,property is good but just bcs of team i guess we couldn’t get the place .like the manager supposed to talk to their management and reach out to me ,still no call no email from ,only automated system reply to our mail. I hope management will have good team ,this property have a lot of potential. We are very sad 😔.
